Spoke to a lady on the phone ,with regards some specification on there New QD mounts ,very knowledgable that i felt confident to make a purchase for the 34mm QD 2 piece mounts ,a considerable investment (lol) !

Very good customer support
Very good customer support. My queries were all responded in time. Very well packaged and top notch products.
One suggestion though: FedEx is very hard to contact, at least in Portugal. They have a virtual assistant that is completely useless and irritating. I had a hard time trying to re-schedule delivery, and never managed to talk to a human assistant. UPS and DHL seem to be better options.
