Absolutely disgusting words cannot express how much anger I have 😡

I cannot believe how disgusting you have been, you have not only taken my money, for 3 Aston Villa v Man Utd tickets that we did not received, you have broke the hearts of my two grandchildren age 11 and 12. You should not be allowed to do things like this to the public. I hope you take a real good look at yourself and feel totally embarrassed.

This is a scam site, they should be closed down and whoever is linked with them should be arrested for theft. They stole from me, both financially and also my identity. Avoid at all costs. Why do I have to give them one star??

Scam bags only replied back to me saying they received my order yet games went no tickets received called bank got one payment back now working on the other please stay away.

I paid in full for a ticket for Wolves and gave a photo of my passport for ID, then didn't receive my ticket; I've sent 3 or 4 emails asking to be refunded, but they never replied.

Paid for 2 tickets for Newcastle VS Man U. They are quick to send a confirmation once they receive your payment they ghost you, they don't reply to any emails no matter how many you send chasing payment confirmation, they say they'll reply within 24 hours that's a lie. you cant pay by credit card as they only accept a bank transfer . having reported them to my bank i have since found out this company has been reported to the police back in November so be careful don't use them and don't trust them

This site is 100% a scam site, i ordered two tickets for an Arsenal game and they never arrived. I contacted them on three occasions and there was no reply. the forth time i contacted them which was the day after the game the web address was no longer contactable, my email came back to me. Don,t get scammed by these low life scums.

tried to buy tickets for my partner and son. was told I would receive them 7 days before. when that date came I was told wait another few days. then told dont have tickets. once I requested a refund noone replied or answered any of my emails. really think this site is a scam. no reply can account for the lack of customer service when tickets are denied. especially stating you are a linked premier league supplier.

Paid for ticket for the safc/ nufc match 14th dec sent request info but no tickets arrived. Have requested a refund but living in hope. SCAM SCAM SCAM

The email address is now returned.
They wrote to me November 23rd 2025 saying my tickets are ready.
They asked for copy of my passport and a selfie.
No reply since.
Today I emailed them and the email prompted a failure notification. I presume they have shut up shop or been closed down.

Do not buy from this seller. I purchased a ticket for the Chelsea vs Barcelona match in early November 2025. Weeks later, they unexpectedly requested my passport and photo, claiming it was a UEFA requirement. I provided the information immediately but received no further communication—no ticket, no confirmation, nothing. My repeated requests for a refund have been completely ignored. The match has now passed, and I am forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank to get my money back

They seem to be a scam! At the end of the day I didnt get my ticket to watch the Arsenal vs Tottenham. They lied about supplying me with vip ticket for the wolves game against Arsenal.
You won’t get away with this taking peoples hard earned money like that you bastards.

Managed to get home tickets successfully paid slightly over the advertised price, slapped Vat and booking fee, advertised for £50 paid £82 each, but tickets arrived via email no problem.

Away tickets advertised, process is well dodgy, requested a bank transfer to a random named person, the account doesn’t work, so couldn’t transfer. Kept saying it was my bank but tried 3 different accounts from different banks and blocked each time with different emails. Not very helpful in trying to get a resolution just said it must be me, which unfortunately has led me to write this negative review.
