I usually order from tier zero games a lot and each time I've had 0 issues. However this time around for my Order #70976 and Order #70938, royal mail delivered to this to the wrong address. I contacted tierzerogames and they emailed me back immediately asking for confirmation of address and to contact royal mail. However, royal mail states to contact the sender? So they said they will raise a case with royal mail. I emailed back asking for a refund as royal mail clearly delivered this to the wrong address and I sent confirmation of the photo of the door they posted it to and in comparison a photo of my door to show the difference. However tierzerogames have not stopped responding as soon as I asked for a refund. Update, they did respond stating cannot refund till they have confirmation from royal mail. I have sent proof they've delivered to the wrong address and they still won't refund me. Appalling customer service from tierzerogames which is a shame. This is the 1st time this has happened as I've ordered so many times from them and thought their customer service might be better than this. I've never had to contact them before but now I'm glad I never had to and i hope I never will again.

Update: tierzerogames have finally decided to refund me but now have said they will not be fulfilling order to this address again? Disgusting. Not that id like to order from here again with this service they've provided.

Highly recommended, items arrive quick and well packaged. Also has great customer support so they get back to you very quickly if there's anything wrong.

I've bought a mystery box from TierZero, and to my surprise the package arrived quite fast! Also the items inside were cool so im happy with this mystery box! Overall my experience with TierZeroGames was very pleasant and i will definitely buy from the again.

I have never ordered from this shop before, but I gave it a shot since only they had an item I wanted. Package arrived a week after ordering. Item was nicely secured and looks legit, so + for that.

However, when I tried to contact them through e-mail and phone call as I haven't got any updates for my delivery (got an e-mail saying it was dispatched Friday morning, didn't get any updates till Tuesday evening on tracking, which is a bit unusual for me based on my previous experience ordering stuff from different companies), I didn't get a response back at all.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Had an issue with delivery and messaged via the shop app. They could not of been more helpful and sent it out to me immediately.

So I ordered this in December. There was a strike going on so I knew it wouldn't ship till later. However once the strike ended there was still no word. I contacted them and they responded once. Upon reaching out again I got nothing. I emailed them
The guy I contacted said he responded which was a lie. He then said it would be shipped out immediately. It has tracking on it. I havent seen any movement and it still says ready to ship. Awful experience. Edit: tracking has finally shown movement.

Website is simple, easy to use and navigate round. Finding what your looking super easy as well. Absolutely no complaints great site!!

Just a little addition that would useful is like a wishlist or something whenever I've went in added cards to my cart and not purchased them they don't stay in the cart and there's no save for later etc so you got to back and find them all again.

Preordered the cards at a great price and they were shipped extremely fast and packaged very well. Tierzero always has some really good preorder prices snd I will continue to order from them.
