IP address mismatch with KYC even from the same country
After successfully trading and generating profits on my funded account, my payout was denied on the grounds of “IP address mismatch with KYC.” This reason is not supported by your published terms and conditions, which clearly state that IP addresses within the same country do not constitute a violation. I am based in Saudi Arabia and, as a manager, my work requires me to operate across different locations in the country. Despite providing this justification, my payout request was still refused.
It is highly concerning that such allegations are raised only at the payout stage. This practice not only undermines trader trust but also creates the impression of intentionally withholding funds by citing terms that do not exist in the agreement.
Furthermore, the introduction of low-cost instant funding accounts and “BOGO” offers appears misleading when coupled with such unfair practices, as it places hardworking individuals at financial risk without providing the legitimate funding support promised.
TIGERFUNDED has set of rules which are set to reject the payout of traders once they made a profit. DO NOT BUY ACCOUNTS FROM TIGERFUNDED.

Dishonest firm looking to defraud honest traders
Unfortunately I have had to revise my 5 star review left last month.
My KYC was approved, the support team acknowledged my travel arrangements, however my payout of $25,000 was ultimately rejected on 10 October 2025.
Reasons cited were:
The margin was too high (margin was 70% on one occasion when the trade was heavily in my favour and close to hitting TP) and no Stop loss was employed.
Clause 5 of their terms of service was cited and apparently I left positions open until hitting profit targets with no trade management. These are ambiguous and open ended clauses, no reputable prop firm would use such language. Legitimate and honest firms use very precise language with measurable and empirical rules that are black and white.
The usual IP address excuse was also used.
Now the company has updated their FAQ Page and are also rejecting my payout based on the new rules such as margin limits and a stop loss being required which were not present when I traded on 19 September 2025. You cannot retroactively apply rules that were not present when I purchased my challenge.
I have requested my payout for the second time and if I receive my right and the money owed I shall update the review accordingly and cease legal action.
Is the real reason for rejecting my payout due to the amount being 25k? If so then Set limits or caps like other honest reputable firms such as Lucid, Topstep, and FTMO etc. On a 300k account 25k is only 8%, a pretty standard average return.
I am not sure what the company gain by rejecting legitimate payouts, it must be a ponzy scheme and not a proper prop firm.
I am really disappointed having spent over $3,000 on failed challenges and finally when I manage to get in the zone and am successful the firm reject my payout.
I really feel bad for people that are relying on payouts from TigerFunded to pay for their necessities and bills.
I will do everything in my power to ensure this firm is prosecuted, ultimately shutdown and not allowed to defraud thousands of traders globally.
Honour my payout and I will change my review and will be your best marketer. I will even do an interview for your Channel and with my trading mentor or you will be legally prosecuted.
They don't payout
My experience with this prop firm has been very disappointing.
There are some red flags that I missed when I was vetting this prop firm before I purchased a challenge.
There appear to be multiple fake profiles in the payout proof section of their Discord channel. At the time of me writing this review on September 22nd, there are profiles that were created 2 weeks ago that already have reached the payout stage and got paid. Then there are profiles that you can't even verify that look like a bot.
The KYC process is a joke. At every other prop firm I traded with, KYC is verified when you reach the funded stage before you're allowed to trade on the funded account. My KYC documents are still pending review.
I passed both stages of my challenge account and reached the funded stage. The payout process is very misleading. They promise a 48-hour payout process, and if they fail to follow that timeline, you would receive a 100% profit split.
I requested a withdrawal of $8,884.32 on September 13th. At the time of me writing this review on September 22nd at 9AM, I have yet to receive a payout. I created a ticket in their Discord channel on September 17th, to no avail; they said the email team would update me. No updates currently. The support absolutely sucks.
People say "if it sounds too good to be…
People say "if it sounds too good to be true, it is" – but this one proved that wrong for me. You earn, you get paid.
I know every experience is different
I know every experience is different, but for me, they delivered. It’s hard to find that kind of consistency in prop firms.
I trade part time
I trade part time, not full time, so my profits are modest. Still, I’ve received every payout I requested, without delay. That’s all I ask.
The payout system is integrated nicely
The payout system is integrated nicely. You don’t have to jump through hoops. Everything was clearly outlined in the email once I passed.
Just got funded
Just got funded. Now starting my funded phase. So far the experience has been great.
I messed up my first try
I messed up my first try, but the retry discount helped me give it another shot. Glad I didn’t give up.
At first
At first, I was a bit skeptical about this firm. The communication was great, and they even kept me updated without me having to ask. My payout was processed the next business day after I requested it. They’ve earned my trust after a couple of payouts.
I saw a mix of reviews online
I saw a mix of reviews online, so I hesitated before joining. Passed the challenge, traded for a couple of weeks, and got paid without any stress. My payout was processed the next business day after I requested it. No drama, no hidden fees, just clean communication and a smooth payout. 👍
SCAM PROP FIRM!!!
Stay away and save your money. Don't fall for their "best prices".
I paid for an instant account which clearly states on their website has a "maximum daily drawdown (trailing)", which should reset daily as with other legit propfirms.
My daily drawdown did not reset and I keep getting told that the drawdown is trailing. What they don't understand is that whether the daily drawdown is static or trailing, it should be reset DAILY - seems like this is too hard for them to understand which shows lack of knowledge in the prop firm field.
Support had the audacity to refuse looking into my query or providing me with any contact of the owner or a senior in the company. They only went as far as to say "sorry there's nothing in my power I can do", Or "the team will get back to you". I kept chasing up for feedback and kept getting blunt answers from support. I have all screenshots from the chats saved and more than welcome to share it with anyone who needs to see the treatment customers get here.
I really thought this was a legit firm by looking at some of the reviews and also their Discord chat but it leaves me to believe that majority of those reviews and positive comments are coming from people within the company.
Long story cut short, just save your money or use it to purchase a prop firm challenge from a legit company.

I got my first payment
I got my first payment
I am delighted to give Tigerfunded a five star and if there was more star I will definitely give the highest. I took a 10K with this prop firm just to check it's trading rules and platform. I was very happy with all the rules and the Matchtrader platform that they offer. Everything that you read on their website regarding the rules are true. They are in my opinion the cheapest, most reliable, easily contactable and response and above all most transparent Prop firm I have come across. I was so happy to be able to withdraw without any issue my first payment after 20 days as they said and then for the next payment it will be just 7 days. I got paid via Rise within hours after they processed. All the communication with them was smooth and professional. Only things that I would like to suggest is that their own MT5 platform lack a lot of function and hope that they improve on it. I am now going to buy 25K or even higher challenge as I know I have the peace of mind that they will pay after your hard work and that you won't get penalise as other or most prop firm do for stupid or sometimes made up rules. Well done Tigerfunded prop. You are the best.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM
DONT BUY ANYTHING THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HANGING
I WROTED +25 mails and zero answer
Alomst payout time
Until now not serious problem, bit strange with there own "MT5" platform while the server KFMarkets can not be found on the original MT5 but overall the trading is smooth and the dashboard complete.
Lets see if the payment comes true ! i keep you informed
The WORST Prop-Firm
The WORST Prop-Firm
The WORST Prop-Firm I had the same problem as a lot here, I had 5 payout requests all declined for "T&C Violations" where the problem was my IP
They can't explain or send me a real prove that I was trading from US, that makes no sense since I live in Spain you can't fake your IP on Match-trader even using VPN since they detect at the moment that
I got a ticket-3465 and support says nothing, even I got a point on my messages they say that can't do anything, and via mail they say that are going to stop answering me just because I was trying to get a prove a lot of times
They have hidden rules like:
- They monitore trades (even in their rules say that no, they sent me a screenshot of my trades)
- You have a hidden risk management rule (you can't exceed margins about 60-70% but they say that there is no rule is just "obvious")
- You need to use stop loss even in short trades where you close it manual (even their websites there is no need for SL, they declined me for 1 little trade with no SL)
- They will say you are gambling (I had 100% winrate on the whole account, over +15 trades)
- The own rules say that you can trade from everywhere except North Korea, Cuba, Syria and Yemen, but they will decline payments for an US IP that doesnt exist
I have screenshots of all of them saying that there are no hidden rules til I show them their own website rules
This is just amazing, and Im already in contact with a lawyer to request all the payments I did and also my friends for fraud, please go trade in real propfirms
They also reported my opinion because "Advertising" other propfirms, sorry for being honest! Here you have another time my review np!

Payout Denied!
Everything seems oke untill its time to receive your payout. 11.8k denied on my 1st payout
All the money that poured into this company just to be denied a 5 figure payout because of kyc ip violation ( wich i never remember signing ) this superfrustrating. This is not oke !!! Be warned! Awaiting response to my dispute mail..but i fear the worse. If they reply and fix the matter i would obviously reconsider the review for now BE WARNED!!
---
Received an update showing an ip adress from the US.. Well i can say that i have never traded or been in the us ever. And that the trades where made from the same country as the poa in the kyc. so where this ip comes from i have no idea. this is clearly a common route taken by this company.
---
Support gives unreasonable answers and than comes to trustpilot to say "reach out to support" like that already hasnt happened. fact is I have never been in the US so that IP issue is something they throw at people with bigger payout requests. im done with this company and dont want to hear or see anything from them ever again. I have accepted the L and one day they will be fully exposed ! DONT GO FOR THIS FIRM

Denied Payout
Denied Payout because even though they say that there are no maximum LOTs you can use, you cannot use all accounts margins, you need a Stop Loss even though they clearly state you do NOT need one on the FAQ.
Basically they use these amazing rules on FAQ so that they can screw you when you want a payout and deny it, because there is a clear difference between FAQ and T&C.
