Fly by night agent

This website is mostly in Chinese. The customer service speaks Chinglish only. I highly doubt they have people who can complete waiver forms in English. My friend at University of Florida bought a plan and was denied.

Thank you for your comment. Our website does also have an English version. If you go on our website, there is a navigation bar on the top right corner of the web page. Click on that and you will be able to see the website in the English version.

Our customer service representatives were trained to be professional in speaking both English and Chinese to better serve our clients. At the same time, all the waiver forms were completed by our experienced waiver team who has been assisting our clients for a long time.
