Started well - but poor quality and non-existent customer service

STILL NO RESPONSE DESPITE CHADE EMAILS.

I am forced to update my review. Alas, one of the mugs chipped very quickly and then started to rust on the handle, I sent several emails to the company over a 3 week period- no response to date. So, inferior quality and appalling customer service to date!

I ordered a couple of personalised metal mugs for my grandchildren. They had a discount due to black Friday but have arrived just over a week after ordering and they are lovely! In fact, better than I anticipated as the decoration wraps around the entire mug.
My only niggle is that I was not kept up-to-date with regard to the order, but cannot complain as they have arrived. Would certainly recommend this particular product.

Do not buy them from

Do not buy them from. Ordered 2 items, they did not send them. Tried to call them using number on their website, it’s not registered. Tried to email them using email on their website - also not registered. Had to get refund via PayPal

I would never buy from this company…

I would never buy from this company again they can't even send the right order, then their policy says that if you open goods you can't return them, how can you not open the goods to see what you have, ridiculous system, they are taking peoples money, and not delivering a good service.

Customer Service appalling

Customer Service appalling. I was told neither my order or payment could be traced. Advised by Henry to contact PayPal for a refund. As I did not have a PayPal account they advised a refund should be sought from the seller. Having sent two further emails giving more information I am still waiting for a reply. twice with moremabout this I am still waiting for a reply. A parcel with my order arrived the same was delivered the same afternoon.

Two Christening Sets

I ordered two christening, personalised, gift sets, I am delighted with the plate, bowl and cup and the gift boxes are lovely, they will make fab memory boxes.

Pity cannot put zero as a score

Ordered 3 times from this company and 2 orders were wrong 1. a child’s cup was delivered instead of a standard size and 2. Received a defective cup and they will not refund or replace unless I pay the post and packing fees - what a rip off company how can 1 company get 2 thirds of their orders so wrong - they have no people skills either - please do not order from this company as you will be unhappy and out of pocket - what a complete rip off company

I am so annoyed at this company

I am so annoyed at this company, I ordered an apron for my daughters birthday 3weeks ago. It still hasn’t arrived. No order confirmation sent. Called, emailed , wrote a Facebook message with no response. Finally got an email answer saying there was a delay and it’s been posted. Week later and still no apron!!! Got a disappointed daughter. Never buy from this company!! Communication is the worst I have ever experienced.

Please AVOID!!

Please AVOID!!! Never ever use this company! Very poor quality stuff and overpriced! I should have read first the other person’s review before ordering.It took almost two weeks for my order to be delivered. The company didn’t even bother to send me a confirmation email of my order. I waited a week not until I called them asking where’s my stuff, they even charged me for the shipping .

Appalling...

I ordered 2 identical personalised cups- only 1 delivered. When I raised the issue, provided screenshots of the order and requested the outstanding item be forwarded I was advised, "Thanks for your order. For some reason the payment taken was only for the 1 cup. It seems that even though you can buy 4 the price does not change so there must be a problem with the site" and if I wanted to pay again, my outstanding item would be sent.

When I challenged that the error was not mine (as had been acknowledged), I was advised that the price on the website (that I'd ordered at) was incorrect and that "there was an error with the cart" and they will not be sending another item out to me.

As clearly not going to get anywhere, I ended up contacting my credit card company to recoup my loss.
First time in numerous years of online shopping this has happened to me and never have I experienced such woeful customer service.
