Tiger Milly Reviews 

I order a dress on there web site, the size was wrong so I send them an e-mail to return the dress but they never reply, so I lost money, time and I have a beautifull dress that I can't never wear... I'm very disapointed!

I bought a black winter coat i couldn't really converted my size but I ordered size up in its lovely I definitely would order again

First order arrived in a couple of days (from UK to Hungary). Size was too small, I requested an exchange in e-mail - this is important if you want an exchange with free delivery! They replied quickly, and albeit I needed to pay for the return, they sent me an exchange item for free, so in total, the discount at the beginning covered my P&P costs altogether.
Communication was smooth and received the exchange item superfast.
One piece of advice: ignore the sizing on the label and measure carefully instead (see measurement chart on their site), and size up if needed (I normally wear uk8-10, and here, uk12 was my perfect option - should have studied the measuring chart and could have worn the beautiful vintage foxy blouse earlier).
As for the quality, the blouse I ordered is super cute, the fabric is delicate, the seaming seems strong enough and all the buttons hold tightly - I am one of their satisfied customers.
Definitely recommend :-)

Returned an item as it was faulty, I informed “Fay” about this as the website says to email about refunds.
I requested an exchange and confirmed this on the return form as “Fay” had asked me to.
Fay told me she would order me a replacement and email me when she received my return and confirm she was sending a replacement.
A week later I received an email saying my item had been received and they had issued a refund!!!!
I have emailed and “Andy” responded that I needed to request an exchange!!!!
These people are unbelievable, order from them if you want disorganised responses.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

One of my favorite stores! Fast shipping (to Germany) and the clothes are lovely and less expensive as in many other places. Their permanent offer of a 12% discount “pays“ for the shipping costs, so I couldn't be happier! Love this place!

My shoes from Tiger Milly were lovely, but sadly didn't fit (feet too wide :( ) so I had to return them. Tiger Milly were easy to communicate with and refunded me in full very quickly. Very nice company to deal with.

I was very impressed and relieved at how well my issue was handled- it wasn't their fault yet they made sure that I got a refund from Hell Bunny and gave me all the relevant information and followed it up.

Very friendly and easy to deal with, quick response- they made an annoying item fault and return much less hassle than it could have been. It really made a difference :)

What can I say??
Excellent customer service. I had trouble with one of their suppliers who had sent a rather rude email to me. Andy dealt with the matter ASAP.
First class service would definitely use them again.

I placed an order with Tiger Milly and 2 weeks later had still not received it. I could see that the payment had gone through on the day that I had placed the order and that there was an order number on my Tiger Milly account I tried telephoning their Customer Service but the phone just rang and rang and was not answered, so I sent an email querying where the order was.

I received a patronising response saying that I should have allowed my browser to take me back from the payment page to the website, in order for the order to be finalised (which I didn't not do - it just didn't redirect me!) and that as some of the items were no longer in stock, they had now cancelled my order.

I wanted the items that I had ordered for my husband's 50th birthday party, so have been left disappointed. Do not use this site if you are expecting good customer service and reliability.

Not the friendliest company. My order took 11 days to arrive and I got a pretty snotty email back with no apologies, even their returns label has a bit of a tone too it- to quote-
"In the unlikely event your item is faulty,"
"we are unable to refund any items that are returned covered in animal hair or smelling of tobacco smoke"
Which seems weirdly emotive language for a returns form....
Just didnt have a great experience with Tiger Milly, compared to similar retailers like CollectIf who were super friendly and apologetic when i've written to them, which is what you would expect with a customer service team.

I ordered a dress from them off eBay and it came with a extremely crooked hem. All was well with customer service regarding the return process until I went to purchase another dress from them on eBay and noticed they BLOCKED ME! So I guess I got punished because they sent me a defective product. Not cool as I order mass quantities of Hell Bunny dresses from other sellers and have never had issues with them before!

Wide range of very nice clothes and a very fast and kind customer service and no problems with the delivery (I live in Denmark). I had to return two items from my recent order; one for a refund and one for an exchange and both went fast and easy. I can totally recommend this company :-)

This company is great! Fast delivery and sizes match perfectly. I live in Belgium and it takes 3 or 4 days to receive it at home. Good packaging and the dresses are made of very good quality. I recommand this site!
