Wonderful experienced friendly coaches and owners. Extremely welcoming members, nothing is to much trouble, I have noticed a difference in fitness very quickly and thoroughly enjoy my sessions at the Pit. Can't recommend it enough.
Tiger Pit CrossFit is great, I have been attending classes for over a year now. Before I joined, I had not done any real exercise for c.20 years, I was out of shape, unfit and had little stamina. From the moment I came to the gym I have been supported, encouraged and cheered on. I am improving but I want to get even better.
Tiger Pit has encouraging coaches who understand fitness and that every member is on their individual journey. It's an amazingly supportive and friendly environment with great sense of community. I have made friends and I have people around me who cheer me on.
During lockdown my fitness activity took a brief pause but after catch ups with my fellow tigers and the kindness, understanding and encouragement of the coaches I got back on track. I trained outside twice a week and then during further lockdowns on Zoom. The support during lockdown and the hours of recordings, live zoom classes and guidance has been fantastic.
It has been a journey and it will be forever more. I can skip for longer, I have gone from lifting a 4kg kettle bell to a 6kg to 8kg. I have gone from using zero weights to dumbbells of 5kg to now 7.5kg. I cannot describe what it has done for my mental health wellbeing as well as losing weight and becoming toned.
It’s tough work and every work out I do is an achievement but if you want to make positive and definitive change today and for your future, Tigerpit CrossFit is the place to go.
You won’t find more dedicated, encouraging and best in class coaches anywhere else. Come and join the Pit and it will be, like for me, the best health /well being decision you’ll ever make.
