Excellent build. Have only had for a week but already better than expected and does everything I need.

Honestly can’t complain, the pc is great, haven’t had any problems with it at all. The order was done way quicker then expected, only having to wait about 2 - 3 weeks for the pc arrive and it arrived a few days before the expected eta, even when I had a dumb moment and couldn’t figure out where to put the hdmi in at 1am in the morning, he was answering my messages to help me out.

Highly recommend to anyone who wants a new pc for a good price.

TigerTech provides excellent customer service above any I have ever seen. My PC was built as soon as the parts arrived and shipped the same weekend it was built. Although I am still awaiting delivery I am looking forward to receiving my PC. Not entirely sure what to expect but the service alone is highly recommended.

Products are good value, but build times are too long and communication is really poor

TigerTech have honestly provided the most amazing customer service I’ve ever experienced. They catered to my every need answered all my dumb little questions and they were there at stupid o’clock when I had a random question. And they even took the time to remember that I was going on a trip and sent me a message saying they were gonna send it so it would arrive the day I would return. I absolutely will be a returning purely because of the team. Love you guys 😊

100 percent reasonable and professional couldn't ask for better customer service

My experience was amazing with TigerTech, I even felt like top priority. The customer support is amazing (shout out to Trystan), which basically have 24/7 support. They would update me on the current status of my order, and I could have a random question, and they would reply around the same time or the next morning. As a teenager, I’m eager to get my new PC as soon as possible, and they definitely took their time shipping parts, but a day after they built it, it was shipped to my door. Price is really good, and I believe as a business they are doing really well from a consumer point-of-view.

Money well spent
this is a great pc works perfectly fine only bad thing was took quite a while to come but they kindly compensated buy giving it a minor upgrade.

The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 star rating was the delivery. Took quite a while but I was informed on why. The computer itself is great and runs smoothly

We are beyond happy with the computer that was built for us. Once set up we were impressed by the speeds. Looks amazing and value for money. We had to wait for a long time for it to be built, obviously worth the wait. Would have appreciated more information on delivery times. I would speak in person before buying on line if you have a time frame in mind for delivery. I have recommended to others.

Trystan from Tiger Tech recently built me a PC, RTX 3090ti, 64gb ram and 12th gen Intel i9 on an MSI mb.
The PC arrived with plenty of packaging, he was prompt with his communication and helped resolve a small RGB issue a few weeks after the PC was delivered.
A great small business and one to support at a very affordable price point (PC was around $400 cheaper than the sum of its parts from PCPartspicker)

Absolutely stunning build, runs like a dream and the support after delivery is above and beyond what I was expecting, 5 star service
