Great products!
Products are always great quality and so soft. My cats all love the beds and pads, just refreshed them on the towers and it’s like a brand new tower again!

Superb selection and service
We were bought a couple of the toys when we got our current pair of cats, after a year and a half the toys are still intact and popular, which is very impressive.
I thought I would buy them a couple more for xmas presents, I was able to find what I wanted on the website, ordering was very simple and they turned up a couple of days later, well packaged.
I left the package on the table for an hour or two (working from home) and by the time I came back downstairs the catnip addled junkies had shredded the packet, torn the toys out of their wrappers and chewed off the labels. If that doesn't tell you something about how good these toys are, I don't know what will!

I bought a cat bed and catnip toys. I have 3 cats and the toys take some punishment, but they last well and are played with daily. My cats love them. The bed is occupied by one of them all the time. Would highly recommend.

An impeccable first experience. Impressive!
Our first dealings with them, & they seem a genuinely nice & helpful outfit. They had a Covid problem which delayed the order a little but they kept us informed; reduced the delay as much as they could by upgrading the postal service at their own cost; & went out of their way to make amends.
The cat bed we bought was expensive, but is very good quality & washable. Our cat took to it immediately. (The thoroughness of the sniffing she gave it did suggest somebody had been liberal with a pheromone spray, which is fair enough. How else was she to know it was hers?)
All in all, delighted with both the product & our contact with the business, which is one of a handful I’d probably try to find excuses to deal with again.

THE SANTOS - CAT FLOOR SCRATCHER
The Santos is just lovely. It is fun to have in the house but most importantly my kitten loves it. Scrambles over it, not yet having learned what it is for. I’m happy she can scratch in safety as the littles ones invariably climb the Towers far too high for my nerves.

5 stars for the penthouse cat tower…
5 stars for the penthouse cat tower itself as it is has soft plush beddings, well made and sturdy enough for my two ragdolls. Separately Sam has been wonderful with her service when I enquired regarding the delivery. I did struggle with the cat tower assembly however, as the instructions provided were unclear for a new-cat owner like myself.
I would suggest that Tigga Towers update their YouTube instructions video, showing a step-by-step guide on the penthouse cat tower assembly as the existing assembly video is slightly too short. Overall, I did manage to put the cat tower together after a good 45 minutes and hope my cats will love it too.

The Santos, cat scratcher.
At first sight they hissed at it, But a very solid scratcher, easy to put together, and just so hard for the cats to knock or roll it over (my cats are alway camera shy to get pictures).
