Do not book you lift passes through…

Do not book you lift passes through this website. They are not the ski resort lift company, they are a partner organisation and as such you are not protected by the lift companies rules if there are closures/problems with the lifts during your stay.

If there are closures you get their booking conditions applies rather than the lift companies. This is not clear or visible in any of the booking process.

During our stay 1/3 of the days were closed/restricted becuase of weather. I spent 1200 euros and they are offering us a fraction of it back. Please learn from our mistake.
