Please don't waste your money here...

A few months after I bought the glasses, the lenses popped out of the frame and peeled off of the metal frame.
They initially promised a refund of the frame and said the lenses were non-refundable after a one-year warranty.
So, I asked them to check it as it hasn't been a year since I bought it. A week later I got an absurd reply saying that both the lens and frame were non-refundable.
I ask them to explain why the decision suddenly changed, but I haven't been contacted since.
They only way to contact them is by e-mail, and if they cut off contact, the consumer will not be able to find a way to contact them.
I regret not looking for reviews before buying.
If I did, I wouldn't waste my money and I wouldn't feel cheated by a low quality product.

Recently ordered two pairs of shoes…

Recently ordered two pairs of shoes from Tijn . The company was very good in their communication, letting me know that the shoes would be coming a little bit later than expected. When they arrived they were as adorable as I hoped they would be. And super comfortable, especially the high tops!!

Ordered my glasses with prescription and blue light. When I incorrectly filled out some info they contacted me to let me know it may be wrong - I told them what it should have been and they amended this for me which was super helpful. Delivery took a while but was fully expected due to overseas/covid/holidays etc. They arrived last night and they are perfect prescription, perfect fit and the correct style as ordered. Super happy! Hope they last! Would defo recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ALL RETURNS ARE TO CHINA—AT YOUR EXPENSE. There is no U.S. distribution.

I bought shoes that look nice. But the sizing is off and the manufacturing is cheap. I sent pics to show that the product doesn’t fit correctly and was told to SHIP BACK TO CHINA AT MY EXPENSE!!

My next step is to file a complaint with my credit card company who will contact the seller.

This company is a rip off!!!

All their products are cheap made in china quality which is fine but considering their advertisement and pricing does not reflect the quality of their items it is really deceiving. The ring they sent me was actually bent and the gems were wonky. I also ordered a size 9 pair of boots even though I am a size 8 and they were way too tight. I compared these shoes with my sisters size 7 shoes and they were exactly the same size as a 7. Their sizing is completely messed up. I do not recommend this site.

Use at your own risk

I purchased a pair of glasses from TIJN after seeing all of the ads on social media. I was really attracted to all of the different styles of frames they had; however something was suspicious. It seemed too good to be true. I ordered a pair of glasses before reading any other reviews. Fortunately, the glasses came with the correct prescription and they are gorgeous. They fit well and are nice and light. One big downfall: I've only had them for a few months and they are already starting to break. The frames are unbelievably cheaply made, which I guess explains why they are so cheap in the first place. I haven't been doing anything other than sitting at home (due to pandemic) and I was really hoping these glasses would last longer than a couple of months. When i am working, I work in a labor intensive job and normally my everyday glasses would suffice but these wouldn't last one day. I had to get another pair of glasses for work. I guess my final take would be... seems like this company is a scam. I got kind of lucky and have a decent pair of nice glasses that I can only use at the office/at home. Definitely use this site at your own risk. PS: I'm not an influencer either.

READ REVIEWS BELOW. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You get sucked in by how good the glasses look on Instagram. I ordered a prescription pair and when I received them (after a month later) they are appalling quality and totally the wrong prescription so I can't even wear them. When I asked for a refund their solution was for me to go in to an optician and get them to confirm it is the wrong prescription, something i'm not willing to do in the pandemic as you need an appointment. After chasing them they're now ignoring me and refusing to give a refund. I've wasted £60 which is not cheap. Another company that I said I wanted to exchange the product they said just keep it and they didn't need it returned and give it to a friend or something. That's the customer service that you should aim for. This is terrible and I'm extremely disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pair of shoes from their TIJN Homelife company. I read the return policy that's very long and rambling, and it sounded like they issue a refund+way to return the shoes. WRONG. The rambling was just deception. The shoes didn't fit right and the heel seems cheap to me, so I initiated a return. Turns out you have to return them directly to a man in China, ON YOUR OWN DIME. The shoes cost US $70 and the cheapest shipping I could find cost US $66. Do not buy from this company.

(I promise I'm not an *sshole)

I only left a star because it required me to in order to make a post... This is my first time leaving a review for ANY establishment, so please take this seriously.

I am unsure if this company is fake (it has no contact number or additional information to prove otherwise), or just ill-equipt to handle invoices and orders appropriately/in a timely manner. Tijn has truly surprised me with their business ethics, or I guess I should say, lack thereof.

I will leave a summary of my experience below, should you have more inquiries.

"This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering anything online. I sent my full spectacle prescription as an attachment to avoid any conflict because I lost mine and I need them to drive. Almost a week later, they messaged me about my pupillary distance (which was not included in the order form). I went back to look at the site and there was no place to enter this information. I had to go back to my optometrist and sent that information in the same day. A few days later, they told me that they would not be able to make glasses for me with the light-responsive feature. I asked them to switch to light-responsive and/or remove the feature and apply the difference to immediate shipping costs. They then told me they canceled my order and I would receive a refund in 7-9 business days. It has been 14 days and I'm still unsure if I'll receive glasses or a refund."

TIJN- What if I killed someone because I cannot see at night? Who's fault would that be?

Luckily, I won't drive until this issue is resolved.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered prescription glasses and they came broken, missing screws, and unwearable. They sent me a replacement but they didn’t put my prescription in them. After waiting for 2 months and still not having a wearable pair of glasses, I finally requested a refund and they told me that since I had received a replacement (without a prescription) they wouldn’t not refund me, BUT, I could take the broken pair and the non-prescription pair to a local store to have the lenses swapped, at my own cost. Unbelievable.

Horrible quality

Buyer Beware!!

Buyer Beware!!! I ordered a pair of shoes that did not fit and they wanted me to return them to China which was going to cost me over a $100 from the US. Or almost double the cost of the shoes.

Placed an order with this company over…

Placed an order with this company over a month ago. They took the money, and I have received nothing from them. When I first emailed I was told the items were unavailable and they would let me know when they became available. That has not happened and they are no longer answering requests for information.

Firstly I take responsibility ordering without researching the brand enough. I quickly gathered from other reviews that all is not as it seems. They contacted me regarding a mistake they made to my order, I took this opportunity to cancel as no payment had gone through. Then I was met with radio silence. I contacted the social media platforms who deleted comments ect. In the end I had to bombard them with negative reviews to get a response. Which was automated and made no sense. I had to threaten trading standards to be heard. Shouldn’t have had to go that far...lesson WELL learned.
