I am leaving this review to share my horrendous experience with TIJUD Traders Private Limited its founder, Joseph Israel, and his partners.

First and foremost this not a real manufacturer, the website is false and they outsource the work to real manufacturers and claim it is their work.

I was in contact with Joseph for over 13 months regarding the manufacture of 200 quarter-zip garments. During this time, we exchanged 100s of messages and had several video calls. TIJUD Traders has a registered business and a professional-looking website, which gave me confidence that the company was legitimate.

A total of £4000+ was paid in full for the making of the 200 quarter zips. I was advised the goods would be delivered in early January, however they have not been received.

Throughout my dealings with the company, it was represented to me that TIJUD Traders Private Limited was the manufacturer. I was later contacted by a separate company, who stated that the manufacturing had been outsourced to them without my knowledge and that they had not been paid for the work.

I was later informed that the order had been shipped, but I was not provided with any proof of shipment. I have been met with multiple lies and excuses. I have not received evidence of production, shipment, or delivery.

The 200 quarter-zip garments have not been delivered, despite full payment having been made.

Based on my experience, the representations made to me, and the lack of delivery, I am pursuing this matter through formal legal channels.

I am currently £4000+ out of pocket with no goods received. Don’t go near this fraudulent man or his fake company.

After working with TiJuD for seven months, we formally terminated the project at the end of October 2025 due to persistent failure to deliver goods, dishonest actions and repeated misleading information provided by the company' representatives.

Throughout the engagement, TiJuD failed to meet a single agreed production timeline. Both samples and finished goods were rescheduled multiple times, with delays stretching for months. Each time, the COO, Joseph Israel, assured us that he and his team were “fully committed” to delivering the project. Every cycle ended the same way: more delays, more excuses, and no delivery.

By the end of October, after TiJuD again failed to deliver the third round of samples with final adjustments (five production samples they had been working on for three months), sent one production sample half-stitched and missing previously confirmed adjustments, and did not deliver the agreed color swatches, we took the decision to terminate the project.

Here are just a few examples of the poor processes and dishonesty we experienced during our seven-month collaboration with TiJuD:
1) Multiple revisions of the project timeline, none of which were realized
2) Samples delivered incomplete or missing adjustments that had been confirmed with written, photo, and video review
3) Finished goods delivered in poor quality resulting in entire batch was recalled.
4) Poorly structured processes at every stage, including QC
5) Lack of basic knowledge about import procedures - we had to teach them how to complete import related documentation
6) Claims that fabric swatches were “lost by the shipper” when, after investigation, it became clear TiJuD never sent the swatches
7) Usage of our fabric for production without alignment or approval.

Refusal to Cooperate After the Termination Notice:
After we issued the project termination notice Joseph Israel (COO) stopped cooperating entirely. Despite repeated follow-ups, the last communication we received was an email from Joseph Israel on 11 November 2025: "Please be informed that all internal issues related to this project are currently under review and will be dealt with responsibly upon my return to Bangalore on 21st November 2025. I assure you that the necessary actions will follow once I am back to coordinate." Six weeks later, absolutely nothing has been done.

Meanwhile, TiJuD continues to hold our property unlawfully, including:
- Finished goods fully paid for and previously confirmed as ready to ship
- Entrusted property: remaining fabrics, patterns, work-in-progress pieces, ready-to-wear samples, and trims.
Despite written instructions, TiJuD refused to cooperate and send these items to the designated addresses.

TiJuD has also not refunded us for:
- Five production samples fully paid for but never delivered
- Missing finished goods (produced quantity was less than invoiced)
- Services like tech packs, pattern making, and grading, which they charge us upfront but didn't deliver
- Color swatches we never received.

In spite of our numerous attempts to resolve matters professionally, TiJuD’s representatives: Joseph Israel (COO/Director) and Vijay Varadi (Co-founder /Director) disappeared entirely and provided no cooperation, demonstrating fraudulent conduct. As such we are filing a criminal complaint with the Central Crime Branch in Bangalore, against the company and against the individuals personally, in their capacity as directors, for failure to deliver goods and services that were fully paid for as well as unlawful retention of property entrusted to them.

We never imagined that a company with such glowing online reviews would turn into an absolute nightmare. Working with TiJuD resulted in significant financial losses for our company and complete disruption to our business operations, including product launches and sales.

This company should not be allowed to operate, and its founders / directors must be held fully accountable for their dishonest actions.

We’ve been working with this company for the past five months as a current client. Unfortunately, our own experience has been far below satisfactory, with issues appearing at nearly every stage of operation.

1) Samples:
- Only 2 out of 9 sample shipments were delivered on time.
- Agreed sample timelines of 3–4 working days stretched into 2–6 weeks.
- One production sample was sent in a non-conforming condition, not meeting the common standard for how a production sample in the garment industry should look.

2) Finished Goods
- No accurate or reliable production plan has ever been provided.
- A full batch of garments had to be recalled due to QC non-conformance.
- Deliveries have been delayed by 2–3 months; as of today, three finished goods are still undelivered despite being fully paid for.

3) Project Management & Communication
- Severe lapses in communication, including shipment status updates
- Timelines and delivery dates are constantly revised; multiple shipments cancelled on the very day of dispatch.
- SOPs for key business processes either do not exist or are not followed, leading to repeated operational breakdowns.

Despite repeated reassurances that operations would improve, the reality has been marked by severe project management failures, consistently missed timelines, and a chaotic way of working with no clarity. This has made planning and execution on our side nearly impossible and caused severe disruption to our business: missed launches, lost summer sales, and lost opportunities. On top of this, we have had to invest extra time and efforts chasing for follow-ups, clarifications, and corrections simply to keep the project from collapsing.

This review reflects our experience of working with the company for 5 months up to day (Sept 3rd, 2025). If results improve in the future, we will update this review accordingly.

They were patient and advised us on our decisions like partners and not vendors.
They were happy to experiment and try various things.
One thing that stood out was they also helped us make alternate things with all the extra fabric and resources to ensure nothing was wasted.

TiJuD has been one of my manufacturing partners. They were introduced to me by a friend for their professionalism. I can highly recommend them for their attitude towards the clients they service and their professionalism.
I have had a positive experience, for their work ethics, and all round ability to focus and make sure that garments are developed to the highest standards.

One of the top things about TiJuD is transparent communication. The team is absolutely supportive of new ideas and work culture is very simple.

It was a good experience working with Tijud, they are very kind and available. The shirts were perfect! there was only one a problem with the dresses on the size of the zipper (I asked 60 cm and the zippers came with 40cm).
