No delivery Liers!
Don't order from these people they just lie. Order items and told 3 weeks for delivery. It's now 3 weeks. I just chased them as emails been ignored. Told it's going to be another 3 weeks. I think not. Refund and negative review.

Very satisfied with the ordered furniture, very nicely made and beautiful massive wood buffet, couldn't have expected better! Delivery service was very helpful and one of the best ones I ever encountered in France.

Bad communcation towards the customer ! And delays
We have ordered exactly 2 months ago a sink on Tikamoon (France) and we are now waiting 8 weeks to get it delivered. They had mentioned that it could take Max. 6 weeks, but I did not get any reaction on my 2 e-mails that I’ve sent to inform what the reason is of the delay. So no, we do not think Tikamoon gives good services!

Lack of pride in workmanship
Item came unfinished, dirty and scratched. We ordered a tv unit that was over £700- didn’t mind the up to 4 months wait if it was the perfect match. It was covered in dust, after wiping with a damp cloth it revealed areas where they’d not finished the varnish and visible scratches on the front of the unit. We are without a tv unit as we naively sold our previous one, I cannot wait another 4 months and they simply offered £75 back! I can overlook the mess and maybe the unfinished inside of the unit but it’s just shoddy workmanship and a lack of QC procedure. Customer service replies although prompt are lack lustre and the phones are not operated until 5 despite what the website says. I want to keep the unit to avoid being a “fast” shopper and attempt to cover their mistakes but I certainly don’t think the unit is worth the price I’ve paid

Don’t order if you’re in a hurry
We are waiting 6 weeks now for delivery from Tikamoon France. On calling to have an update I was told that they don’t know when it will be delivered, maybe in 1 week or possibly more.
I asked them to contact the transporter and I was told it wasn’t possible. Only clarity from the call was that they couldn’t care less.
Poor customer service, but normal for France.

Lavabo bad quality
I bought the bathroom furniture and marble sink. I’m very disappointed. They look beautiful but not good quality at the end. The l’avion tram is made of plastic envelopped with plastic paper which is pelt little by little. It’s pity that I cannot put picture here.
