The mug is nice shipping is not. I preordered a mug in July with the understanding that it would ship in a few weeks. Months passed, and nothing. I get an email in November that my mug will ship in March. 8 months to get a preorder? i understand sometimes things happen but 8 months is way too long.

This company advertised a tiki mug for sale on Facebook. It was a preorder for over a hundred dollars. They had an artist’s rendering and warned that final product may look slightly different. After waiting nearly a year they sent me a mug that was a garish horror show as compared to their artist rendering. They have a no refund policy so I now have a lesson in trusting just any company. Do not put any faith in this company. They blamed me as a consumer for not following their social media for 52 weeks and cancelling my order prior to shipping. They do not deliver a product on time or remotely close to what they show as the artist rendering and blame the consumer for their failure.
