While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I’ve tried many inbox “helper” tools…

I’ve tried many inbox “helper” tools and most of them just make things more complicated. This is one that’s actually helped me stay on top of my inbox. It didn’t force me to change how I use my email. The auto sorting is actually useful, and the “waiting on replies” feature has saved me from dropping the ball on a few emails.

The draft responses aren’t perfect, but they’re great as a starting point to save time and not have to start from scratch when composing a response.

Setup is fast and not convoluted.

Thank you, Kasey! We agree with you -- there's no need to introduce another app and another learning curve. Thank you for the feedback on the draft replies, too -- we're constantly working to improve this feature and get it closer to your true voice. Hopefully you'll notice some improvements on that, and please feel free to share additional feedback.

Helpful time saver

Helps me parse through my emails quickly. Makes it much easier to see what’s important and what I can ignore. I’m also a fan of the auto drafted emails which end up saving me a time and thought.

Thanks, Zach! Yup, we started Tiko because our inboxes were overflowing and we needed a reliable to tune out the constant notifications. Hope you've been able to spend more time doing real work and less time in your inbox!

Zero setup, delightful

I've tried "bigger" more capable email assistants like Superhuman in the past but didn't like switching from my gmail comfort zone. Tiko just works right away, without any learning curve. It's surprising how useful it is to click through my inbox (with dozens of unread messages at any given hour) and see which ones are red label "Respond".
