My Huawei P30 pro phone stopped recognising the sim cards. I tried cleaning the card holder and broke the pins off. Tahir ordered a new part and fitted it, but the original problem was still there. He accuratly diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct part and fitted it in super quick time.

Absolutely amazing people! I was having a huge problem with my cloud storage; it was a nightmare trying to back up my photos. Tahir helped me resolve the issue, and it took almost three days to fully download everything from the cloud and back it up onto a USB. But finally, it's done. I definitely recommend their service and staff!

The guy charged me for scanning 1 page of the passport and took 1 colour photo: £18. What a scum!!
I asked for help to download a colour photo but he was not able. I went to the Gadget Clinic shop, opposite to Sainsbury, the staff did it quickly and did not charge me at all. He also helped me to uninstall few apps that I did not want.

I brought in a Dell Tower which was running slow. The guys put in a 16 gig RAM card, cleaned out some useless stuff and now it runs much faster. The staff are knowledgeable and offer options and cost-effective solutions and I have no reservation in recommending them as the work they did for me was of a high standard.

Avoid tik tech in billericay high street with all costs I bought phone there and when I got home it had 240 photos of someone. Else didn't know u could sell thing with pictures of people who used to own the phone on it there meant to factory reset also the phone did not work properly 😐 when I asked for a refund they refused and said I had to buy up dearer phone the man was so rude on the phone would never use again someone else did tell.me not to use this shop but I gave it a chance wish I didn't stay away

Regarding the return, all of our phones come with a 12-month warranty. Our policy is to repair or replace any faulty device, and we only issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved. We never want a customer to leave unhappy, and we would be more than willing to help resolve the problem with your phone under your warranty.
