keeps muting my videos / music. even when i have all the rights and proof bc im the owner and producer and i proved it on email they still say no aurotosation.
tiktok is a joke. i even proved it with images on many emails.

I purchased (2) Rossabella Moringa supplements on TICTOK shop. Luckily I needed to completely take a previous purchase from a different company. I state luckily because the FDA did a recall on the product due to Salmonella issues affecting others. I was not notified by TIctok of this issue which is of grave concern. I have received negative feedback when requesting a refund. Both Tictok and the seller are refusing to refund. I will stop purchasing supplements from sources that lack accountability!

I think the app is good due to its unmatched algorithm. However, beyond that, the app is average overall. This is due to the display of a lot of ads after every video, and the other features have been replicated by lots of other apps. It's a decent app, but could be much more.

Tiktok allows for people of all ages to express themselves in any way that they please. It gives people something to pass time with and also use as a career.

I recently purchased a Litokam camera via TikTok and have experienced significant performance issues. Specifically:
• When lights are installed nearby, the camera image is distorted if a neighbour turns on a light, making it difficult to see the area I need monitored most.
• The night-time picture quality is inconsistent and does not match the advertised coverage.
• Attempts to resolve this issue via TikTok support have been unhelpful, and the problem remains unresolved.

Based on my experience, the product quality and performance are below reasonable expectations for the price paid. I am concerned about the transparency and reliability of the products sold on your platform.

I request that TikTok take action to address this issue — either by providing a proper resolution, clearer product guidance, or addressing seller accountability — so that customers are not misled about product capabilities.

I hope to receive a timely response regarding a satisfactory solution.

I feel neutral about it. I mainly just scroll away watching videos. Some stuff is informative but others are just lying.

They want to make money off of their users but doesnt want users of the app to make a living with all their ridiculous and unreal guidelines! You see other users do worst and useless things in live but still is active! I REALLY hope someone creates a new app that will beat this! Just lost my business accounts with almost 60k followers organically grown from day 1 of being a licensed business a year and a half ago. What a waste!

Tiktok can be entertaining to use but if you want to become a creator or influencer, it would be really hard to be discovered because tiktok is really unfair to some people and only promote paying people or people who are already known.

The app is good, and feels just like the app version. However, one point off because the videos, and scrolling speed is much less

This app is rubbish. I Only have it since 8th January and I tried to grow but the app itself is not working properly. For example for the last 5 days I had 2220 followers, I was receiving notifications with new followers, but my numbers stained the same.

Today I screenshot the list to see if I am tripping or not and I got about 10 to 15 new followers but the numbers in my followers list are only 2222. I have screenshots as proof. Minutes away between the notification, and the list numbers remained the same.

Also the app force you to engage with other creators posts, then block you from interacting too much?!?

Total dogshit company. No real person support. AI just daily repeats a pasted reply. You will never get any help. Being new to TikTok, on the first day of making posts, I was immediately permanently banned from posting. Great way to welcome new users.

Some content is not suitable for everyone, especially teenagers.

I think tiktok is very unfair against content creators. Most of the time the big names of tiktok just copy from the smaller ones. Tiktoks views also work unfairly: the more you post, the more views you get, so tiktok doesnt work on quality buet on quantity. And because of that small content creators almost always give up.

Like the new and trendy contents but sometimes it triggers cringy videos and I can't get rid of it.

Long-term use is a waste of time and carries the risk of addiction.

Their customer support is whack!!! its non existent to say the least. Their system picked my account as if it is in the USA so i couldn't promote because it needed tax commitments only a US business can. After failing to resolve that with them. I deleted the account, created a new one, bought coins so that i can promote, guess what, PROMOTE IS NOT AVAILABLE. Tried reaching out to them to no avail. Frustrated!
