I ordered a sample tile for £1.

I did not receive confirmation of the order, other than from paypal for payment, and then a few days later received a refund from paypal. So...presumably my order has been cancelled!?

Also not sure if this company is still running as the website seems to be down...

A super experience, nothing was too much trouble.

This company is great! Customer service was excellent and my order was processed quickly. I received my order well within the estimated time and it was well packaged. Its a shame I only needed one box of tile to add to a bulk order I already had, wish I had found them sooner.
I've bookmarked them just in case I do my kitchen!

On 26th September I phoned asking when one of the tiles I required would be back in stock. Danielle (who was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with) answered my query and in fact then took my order saying it would be despatched once the full order was in stock, which would probably be some time the following week. The complete order arrived on the 2nd October, much to my delight. (Albeit I had no idea that the tiles were being delivered that day. I received an email the following day saying they were to be delivered that day, Thursday 3rd). Could have been awkward had I not been in. The tiles have not been put on the walls/floor yet but they look amazing. Also the price was the lowest I found anywhere for these tiles. Would definitely recommend and would have given 5 stars had the correct delivery date been given.

Suggestions... Make it clear during the on line ordering process when items are out of stock. Sort out wholesaler supply issues they are costing you money and will lose you customers. You have spent a lot of money on sales and marketing which is wasted on customers such as me who will not return to do business with you.

Just one thing - 8 tiles were broken

Very helpful staff. Ordered tiles on Monday and they were delivered the same week.

Superb service, great prices, tiles arrived on time and well packed on the pallet.

Kept uptodate by tileclick although no call from delivery firm so lucky that I was in.

Excellent service, no damaged tiles. Had to order more tiles of the same and then one of those boxes had odd tiles in. Spoke to tileclick and they sent replacements out straight away. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent customer service. Would definately recommend

I ordered 3 tile samples, one of which I had to pay for. They arrived in pieces, in an envelope with no padding. I won't be buying tiles if the samples can't even arrive in one piece.

The service was prompt and efficient right the way from order through to delivery. I work in logistics so praising the delivery service of a competitor does not come easily but I have to say they were excellent. The big bonus though was the price I paid for my tiles was half that at Topps!!! I will definitely be ordering again.

Didn't get tiles delivered on the day i was told, lack of communication, paid for the delivery charge expected to get my parcel on time, would have been nice if i was gucen a followup call or better still my delivery charge refunded fir the inconvenience.

I visited your Bristol store. They had never heard of the tile I wanted which I had seen on your web site. The guy behind the counter rang your head office to discover that you do the tile that I wanted but did not offer to get some in for me to look at. I then ordered some samples on line but they have not arrived during the last three weeks. Not impressed!

I was really pleased that I could order a sample tile on line with Tile-Click. They arrived quite quickly and in one piece! I really liked both of the samples that I chose and on closer inspection of the web site realised that I had a shop local to me. I decided to visit it this Saturday and took a fairly long trip to get there only to find a sign on the door saying they were shut on Saturdays until further notice. I intend to go there sometime this week to give it another go and hopefully buy my tiles.
