Second online tile company Ive tried - they are excellent
No delivery issues - they kept in communication re the date and were a few days early

The tile is beautiful and the process was very smooth for online ordering even to be sent to a Caribbean nation! I thought the shipping cost were quite fair and I would order again.

Tariffs: I ordered a free sample tile. It came timely and well packed. Today, 3 weeks later, I get a bill from UPS.
For a 1.10 pound package, the tariff was 15% with a$14 brokerage fee. So I owe $17 for my “free” sample. In emails with tile expert, they say they pay all tariffs, BUT that’s only their side of the tariffs. YOU have to pay the US end of the tariff. This could be a 15% add on to your Italian Tile Expert invoice.
Buyer beware. Welcome to the wonderful world of tariffs. Screws everyone.
I found the tile in stock on the West Coast and shipped it. Then I knew what I was paying.

Shipping cost can be high into the USA yet it's coming from Italy. Seamless process.
Delivery times can vary and can take 2-3 months so plan accordingly. Samples are shipped out immediately delivery is quick.
Broken tiles are replaced without hesitation.
Crate packaged for larger orders

One can order sampels,wich is great and important for an online shop! The sample prices are very affordable also. Customer service or better said the live chat is very quick and helpful.
Delivery of the sampels is also very fast.
All in all,till now I am very satisfied!

Good quality tiles. The customer service was excellent and I really like how they communicated constantly about delays allowing me to cancel the order at any time. They did delay quite a bit beyond the date but I accepted the delay and still they gave me some (not completely) refund for that.
