Great tiles, ordered delivery was quick. Really good service

Tiles haven’t been delivered. Spent the waiting for delivery to have an email at 15:10 to say the had been a mistake in the warehouse. Requested another delivery. Still waiting for a response

My sample tiled arrived very well wrapped with no damage.
The tile is good quality.
The price per metre is very competitive.

Poor delivery service
Expect paid delivery (£30) and 5 days in advance to be able to deliver on the day, Not 4 days later! Delayed project and wasted effort Disappointed

The staff made us feel really welcomed let us walk around before seeing if there was anything they could help with (which we prefer) then once we established our requirements was very thorough and helped with every question or query we had

I haven't received my order as yet but after contacting they apologised as it was delivered to the wrong address and issued to have it sent correctly right away so I’m waiting

Stu and Joe at tile choice worcester store gave fantastic advice and customer service yesterday. They were patient whilst we asked questions about various floor and wall tiles because we needed both. They recommended which grout and adhesive to use and also showed us different layout designs for both floor and wall tiles.
They made the whole ordering process easy too. Excellent service.

Awful to deal with. Ordered samples which never arrived, emails ignored and phone number for head office doesn’t even work on the website. Ending up phoning Kidderminster Branch to speak with Lee who was amazing in getting a refund processed and was extremely helpful.
