After being let down by another tile supplier just a week before our bathroom work was due to start, we went to Tile Depot Doncaster in a bit of a panic.

We found a tile we really liked along with a decorative feature tile. The decorative tile wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered from Spain, where it’s made. Normally that would mean a long lead time, but the team pushed hard to get them in on time for when our builder needed them. They delivered exactly as promised.

We also ordered our flooring from them. We chose herringbone, and I underestimated the extra cuts needed. On the morning the bathroom was being finished, the builder told me we were short. I rang Tile Depot straight away. They didn’t have stock in store but said they’d see what they could do. They called me back shortly after to say they’d arranged another box to be sent directly from the manufacturer that same day.

That level of service made a stressful situation manageable.

Tia, Tom and Lee were helpful, proactive and clearly focused on sorting problems rather than just taking an order. From tiles to flooring and other bits for the bathroom, they’ve been spot on throughout.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tile Depot Doncaster again.

Tile Depot in Sheffield have been absolutely fantastic in terms of customer service and choice of tiles. Special thanks to John, Adam and Mark (sorry if I missed anyone out, you've all been brilliant).

The staff, particularly Adam and the owner Andy are exceptional. All the other guys in the showroom are knowledgeable and friendly, the delivery guys are great.
Looks can be deceiving! Look beyond the old building and you'll see a superb range of not only tiles but everything you need for a bathroom renovation and at competitive prices. Adam has an extensive knowledge of the stock and great suggestions. His customer service is beyond excellent. He is a credit to the company. After an issue with the tiles, delivered, Andy sorted everything out to our complete satisfaction. We are very grateful and would definitely shop here again

Recently bought floor tiles from Tile Depot for my kitchen. Was recommended by a friend and would definitely recommend to others. Excellent service with helpful staff. Dean was especially knowledgable and helped make it all stress free!

Have been shopping here for years. Staff are always very helpful. A huge selection of tiles in Leeds, Sheffield and Doncaster. If you are looking for tiles, I highly recommend.
