Sometimes, despite the best of intentions, things can go slightly wrong. In my case they were let down by courier that damaged some items. The way that Tilers Gear handled this was exemplary.

Good Outfit
Cement boards being vastly cheaper than the usual high street sheds made me use them. Both delivery and product faultless, and I would use again based on this experience.

First of all I was booked for delivery…
First of all I was booked for delivery on the 09/08/2024 and only notified in the afternoon that delivery was cancelled due to no driver, my labourers couldn't wait any longer and left. I was rebooked for the following Friday as my workers were only available for the Monday. Then surprisingly the delivery turned up on 12/08/2024. I must say I had no labourers but Stan the delivery driver said I'll unload and bring in 48 bags of tile adhesive, if I had a chance I would give Stan 5stars and 100% for his kindness. If it wasn't for Stan I would have to return the delivery as I had no space to unload and labourers.
Tilers gear should be more accurate in letting customers about deliveries

Ordered item delivered wrong on first delivery second attempt wrong item again after managing to contact someone after what seemed like forever to be told no stock. I agreed to wait for more stock and now its a week past the delivery date for that item. Still no contact

Don't waste your time with these guys
Ordered product, paid huge uplift for next day delivery, was told that an email would indicate delivery timescale.
Nothing, niet, zilch received for 4 days and website miraculously now shows product is OUT OF STOCK.
Still no communication however.
Offered 24hours reply window or a negative trustpilot review and still no reply.
Cowboy outfit or what?
Disputed charge with Amex and hope they get blacklisted for abysmal customer service.

Awful "company"
Awful "company". Avoid like the plague.
Placed an order worth over £200 which qualified for next day delivery. We are yet to receive anything over a week later. We were originally informed that the order had been delayed, but now the company don't answer calls or emails so will be taking this further with our bank. Definitely avoid!

Wrong item sent, no communication whatsoever.
They sent the wrong item (albeit very quickly). I have tried contacting them by live chat, email and Facebook, to no avail. I don't think anyone actually works in their customer service department. Impossible to get hold of anyone.
Update: I have been informed that they have dispatched the new replacement now, so I will update this if I do receive my actual order.
