Ordered black quartz and white quartz tiles 300 x 600mm. They arrived very quickly when they said they would and they are amazing. Bathroom is nearly finished and I’m sooooo pleased with how they look. Far cheaper than lots of other well known places too. Quick replies to any questions you may ask on email too usually within the hour. Cannot recommend this company enough

I *urge* anyone who is even thinking of using this company - DON'T - unless you want to receive a load of broken, chipped and/or faulty tiles that they refuse to replace or collect. Following many emails and phone calls fobbing you off and general non response whatsoever from them once they have your money - they couldn't care less. It was a total battle to get a part (!) refund for faulty each tile. Literally any other tile place send replacements, or gives you a refund no quibble. This place, despite photographs, detailed descriptions of the faulty tiles, still manage to squirm their way out of rectifying the situation. Without doubt the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of using.

I bought tiles from this company and when I received them I noticed that they do not match the website photos. This company unlawfully used photos of a different similar better quality Italian product which I found on a different website where they had a gallery of user photos truly matching these tiles to represent their cheap Indian tiles. Also, there suppose to be 16 different tile pattern variants but in 30 tiles I found 8. They said it's because they are spread randomly but the odds for this to happen are really small. They just lied. When I asked them to collect and refound they refused. They also refused to refund for 3 tiles with broken corners which I agreed with them on the delivery day that I will only ask to replace if I will need to. Now my only choice is to go to court what probably would be even more stressful. I also reported them to Trading Standards but I'm not sure if they will do anything about it. Avoid this company.

Excellent at responding to queries about my order which was delayed due to lorry issues. Really helpful and on the ball and gorgeous tiles!

Over 20% broken . Awkward to deal with and in no way in a hurry to respond . Avoid if possible

Images weren't given as we had to wait that long for a reply and job needed finishing so we had to modify the tiles ourselves as the seller was slow and awkward .

Please check other similar reviews of the same seller on this website and many others like yell, Google etc before deciding to do any business.

I brought the light grey stardust tiles for my kitchen floor from tile zone.
Excitement of new for was very short lived as we have seen many defects in the tiles once the floor was laid and cleaned. At least 24 tiles have defects.
The tiler had to break the defective tiles to replace them. The defects were in too many tiles and we ran out of tiles to use. The 10% extra that we ordered for wastage was also used to replace defective tiles too!

The issues in the tiles were as follows:
Shadows inside the tile
Colour differences of tiles
Green glass visible in tiles
Highly visible brown stones inside tiles
Rust marks inside the tiles

I Contacted tilezone via email, they didn't reply too a single email and when I finally got through on the phone were reluctant to do much except contact the manufacturer.
In the meantime our floor couldn't be completed as we didn't have any tiles left to use.
Several days later and after lots of chasing they got back to us and said the manufacturer will replace the tiles...well this is the least they could do.
Today I have received 12 replacement tiles and 10 of the 12 have defects in them...I have just emailed tile zone about this and waiting to hear back.

This couldn't be further from the truth!

Avoid yourself the stress and shop elsewhere even if you have to spend a bit more it will be worth it.
It's better than dealing with a company who have no concern for customers and just want to make money by selling defective tiles!
I will need taking this matter further if they don't agree to reimbursing me for all the defective tiles, not to mention the stress and inconvenience caused.

We have received the tiles in very bad condition all of them broken and the driver didn’t get me the chance to check the tiles because he was rushing to do the delivery which I understand, anyway the tiles has white spots like painted, we have emailed them so many times and very long time to get back, we have called one day more than 60 times during the day nobody answering the phone, we have paid £65 for the delivery to bring their rubbish plus the amount of the items. Please please please avoid this experience.

Smashed tiles on arrival, no response from company to two emails for refund/replacement. They advertise as 5 star trust pilot on their website, that red flag should have registered. Please don’t be like me, avoid them. Project now delayed and has cost me money in traders. Cowboys.
