We have been building a large house so needed tiles for many rooms. Found his company online after checking numerous websites and local stores. They were most competitively priced. Travelled an hour to Blackburn where they are based due to this. The service was excellent - Suleman had great knowledge of tiles and was friendly and helpful. After delivery we required various quantities of more tiles. Suleman was always helpful and sent more tiles as we needed. This company has been a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.

Phenomenal service . The product was great. The helpfulness and consideration from staff was outstanding they went above and beyond to ensure I received a perfect product in the time line required, whilst keeping continual communication. Can not fault anything about them. Definitely recommend using only this firm.

My name is Tracy Myers and I've just placed an order with Ibby. I have never known anyone more helpful than he has been today. I was struggling to get hold of a specific time, I needed 84 for Tuesday morn but I missed the cut off date for delivery, but he has sent over backwards to get them to me for Monday. Absolute star. Thank you Ibby, much appreciated. I wish other companies had staff like this. One happy customer 😁

I chose polished porcelain tiles! Good quality product at a fraction of the cost . Delivered on time with no issues whatsoever and fantastic customer service. Definitely would use the company again.

Bought the Living Grey tiles as a substitute for Tekno from Topps Tiles, although slightly darker. However they do a slightly lighter one Living Cen, which is not featured on their website. They kindly sent me samples for both. Although worried initially re: quality and buying from Internet, the tiler I used said they were excellent, and they look fantastic. A superior quality tile from Tilezone at a third of the cost,

Just as a side note, Beware dodgy sales practices at Topps Tiles. They raised their price of the Tekno tile twice within a couple of weeks in October 2018, just so they could halve the inflated price in a so called "sale" December 2018. When I queried the price rises they cited manufacturing/logistic issues.

Ordered light grey quartz floor tile. Great price and quality. Customer service second to none. Mohammed arranged an out of hours delivery at a very reasonable price and communicated throughout the whole process. Couldnt ask for a better service. Would def recommend and use again

High quality, natural stone, riven-faced mosaic tiles with few imperfections which made them easy to work with and I achieved a good result, even as an amateur.
I had to wait some time for delivery, but I was kept informed and the wait was worth it as these tiles were about 1/4 of the price I've seen them on the High Street.

Can't complain about Tilezone, quality of the tiles were excellent, customer service and updates were very good also, would reccomend and always use Tilezone, there prices are way cheaper than high street shop for the exact same tiles

Excellent telephone customer service. Easy to use website. Regular updates via emails Prompt delivery. Tiles look great installed in our new loft conversion ensuite. Consistency is a great mark of a company. Highly recommended.

Just had our wonderful bathroom tiled with the living grey tiles, have to say there are 10 times better in quality than topps tiles tekno grey and half the price as well

Recently got our hallway and kitchen tiles from tilezone, i have to say from start to finish it was easy dealing with them. Quality products, Quality price, and 5* customer service

Customer had ordered some samples online. She made her choice. We ordered which was very easy and the tiles arrived the next day.
What’s not to like about it. Will use again and be confident of the service.
