We’re a small vegetable farm providing beautiful produce for your plate, grown in Hempnall, South Norfolk (UK) We grow nutritious, vibrant and diverse veg, carefully harvested, packed & distributed the same day through our weekly subscription. Excitingly, we’re offering farm grown flower bouquets from June onwards. We aim to provide 100% Hempnall grown produce however at the start of the season, we may add one item from a trusted organic supplier. This is different from the veg available at corporate supermarkets. We follow agroecological practices to build soil health, the foundation for highly nutritious crops that nourish your body & mind. The science tells us that humans need to consume 30 different plants per week to maintain a healthy gut microbiome; in our salad bag alone, you’ll consume 12 different plants. Not only this, buying our veg means you’re supporting your local food system. You’re not relying on global food chains for your fresh produce. You’re significantly reducing your carbon footprint with one weekly purchase. We care about where our food comes from, because we’re losing our top soil at such an alarming rate, now is the time to take action. We’d like to support others to learn how food like ours is produced, we’re doing this through our schools projects, workshops & seasonal recipe ideas.
