Hi sorry I had to return my order the clothes were too big they were lovely but just too big .

Great company clothes modelled beautifully.
Swift delivery ,some clothes are not the best quality

To whom it may concern

I felt compelled to write this email after the way in which I have been treated by your store.
Firstly on your first birthday bash in which you advertised meet and greet, I decided to pop in (as one of your valued customers) to see all that was on offer. I arrived and began to have a good look around the store. The only person that spoke to me was the assistant who took my money for the purchase I made that day. Yes Sally did phone me and apologise for all the personnel’s behaviour on that day, and invited me in for a free cuppa and cake. (I did accept the offer but was unable to attend)
Then yesterday (19th December) I ordered 2 items from your sale totalling £24 at 11.03am which was confirmed! At 12.44 the order was cancelled with no reason for the cancellation. The store was quick enough to take my money, but the refund still hasn’t happened!
I phoned Sally but no reply, I then phoned the store and the assistant hung up on me. Sally then returned my call and said she would look into it and let me know what happened. Still no reply!
Because of the way I have been unfairly treated I will no longer be using your store, ever!
I have found another store that is very very welcoming and can’t do enough for me, always a smile and the kettle is always on! Prices are really competitive and they don’t confess to being exclusive, they don’t get their name sewed into their clothes, like yours they come from a warehouse.
A lot of clothes similar to yours can be purchased from sites like Shein and Temu for a lot less than your prices all very good quality (again not exclusive, no labels sewn in)
Because I’m a singer anything I wore from your store was always promoted by me if asked by a member of the audience. Also I always took pictures of what I was wearing and again posted them on social media and the Tilletts VIP page explaining where they had come from. For some reason (again not explained) I was removed from the VIP page?

I now promote another store who have treated me fairly, so much so they gave me a free gift worth £20 (for no reason other than promoting and buying from them)

I’m sure this email will not affect you in anyway but I just felt compelled to express my views.

Quick delivwry good value for money

I ordered 3 pairs of flared trousers and 3 tops. I am happy with all the tops but the trousers were all slightly ‘puckered’ on the seams. I put this down to the nature of the silky material when being made. This was not noticeable when being worn and I was very comfortable all day.
