Products are what I hoped they would be in terms of colour and fit. But I deducted a star because the cardigan is very creased and despite steaming it I’m in two minds whether to keep it as some of the creases are still showing

Item received on time. Sometimes the same item but different colour aren't consistent in size. Eg.. 2 dresses and one tighter on arms and trousers about half inch different in length

great service every time
the parcel arrived three days after i ordered it, and even better everything inside fitted me perfectly and being a size 18 that is always the case with other shops. I would recommend Tilletts to all, thou I do love being the only one in the outfits locally.

The clothes shop is always orderly the coffee shop is warm , cosy and inviting the staff are super helpful and now everything about the stock and I always feel I’ve had a good experience when I leave the shop.
