Ordered a personalised bag, weeks later it still hadn’t arrived - I sent numerous emails to the company chasing delivery of it. No response at all!! Then one day out of the blue it arrived, however the press studs were broken on it! I emailed yet again to ask for it repaired - and again NO RESPONSE AT ALL!! I’ve ended up buying a replacement part and mending it myself. But reading other reviews on here I guess I’m very lucky to have received the bag at all!!
My advice is do not buy from this company.

I presume this company is no longer trading, although they are still active on social media. I ordered a tote bag after seeing a post stating they were back up and running. They have taken my payment but 14 days on am still waiting for delivery. I have tried to contact on all social media platforms and emailed with no response.
Very bad experience
Similar to others, I placed an order, got no confirmation email or any reply to my efforts to contact the company. My money however was debited immediately!! I found Tillyanna via Not On The High Street and have contacted them for support but sadly they have not followed up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have ordered from this company before and have been pleased with the customer service and quality of the items ordered. I have made a further order this year, over 10 days ago and have not received my order, or a confirmation of dispatch. Also my emails are being ignored. The money was taken out of my account on the day I ordered! Very poor customer service. I am going to contact my bank to report the issue.

I have ordered a personalised stocking for my daughter’s first Xmas (we all have one from this company). I’ve ordered lots previously and never had an issue. However this order was placed beginning of November and still haven’t received an email regarding dispatch. I have also contacted customer services and their social media pages and had no response. Will be contacting my payment provider for a refund!
What happened?
I have ordered from this company many times over the years and have never had a problem, always delighted with our products and great quality. Every member of our family has a personalised stocking including the dog, our youngest daughter arrived earlier this month so I went on to the website to order her stocking for Christmas. No product has been received, no confirmation of dispatch, emails being ignored. I’m really disappointed after what was previously a good experience, you expect better when ‘ordering small’. Seems really silly to be upset over a stocking but I loved that our whole family with additions added every few years had mismatched stockings all from Tillyanna.

I ordered two bags in June. Only one arrived. Multiple approaches to customer services. Got through to a person in July. Still no bag arrived and ghosted. No bag, no refund. Disappointing.

I would expect this poor quality from Shein but was expecting a more costly item to be more robust. I emailed Tillyanna to complain but have yet to receive a response and looking at other reviews I won't be getting one! Avoid this company!!!!
Poor customer service.
I ordered a tote bag for a friends’ birthday with her name on it. Unfortunately, when I received the bag they had spelled her name incorrectly (despite it having been correctly spelt in my order).
Since it arrived I have emailed them as it is urgent that I get a replacement in time for her birthday, which is in 8 days time. However, I have received nothing from them. Very disappointed with this lack of care and service and concerned now that one I have ordered for myself may also be wrong!!!
Mine broke
I have wanted one of these bags for ages,finally got one and the handle snapped within a week,despite not holding much weight,

Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered a bag but was sent the wrong design. Despite repeated emails and messages, I have yet to receive a replacement or a refund. Shame to see this has been the same experience as others too.
two studio totes
Ordered two studio totes, one for me and one for mum. Very pleased with them, they are much nicer than they look in the pictures.
Initially I hesitated to order because of the amount of negative reviews, but I have been very pleased and will probably order again for presents for friends.

Have emailed the company 3 times and not received a reply. Bought 2 bags as a gift. Knew it was a second but had they printed it on the other side, it would have been fine as flaw would not have been visible. Dire so will not be using again. Would advise you not to either!
Great customer service
I've been ordering from this company for about 7 years.
I've never previously had an issue with an order.
Unfortunately this time there was an issue.
I got in touch with Helen to notify her of the issue, she responded within 24 hours and apologised.
She offered to fix the issue, my problem was that time was of the essence. My order was replaced in full in under 24 hours, it arrived the next morning.
I honestly couldn't have asked for more than the fantastic service I was provided with to rectify the error. And mistakes happen - we are all human. I love the items this shop sells. My family adore receiving them.
Disappointed and out of pocket
I have been following this company on insta for a while, and purchased for the first time in September- a birthday gift for a friend. At first, things were great, the bag was dispatched after a couple of days. Unfortunately Evri (who were very helpful for a change!) lost the parcel. I reported this to Tillyanna and had a reply from Helen to say she’d send a replacement via Royal Mail, that was the last I heard, three weeks later still no bag and all my emails since have been ghosted. I’m now trying to get a chargeback through my bank.
Only now have I realised this company has had a major downturn since I first found them.
I love this company and their products
I love this company and their products. Had a few bags and they have all been great quality and very stylish. I use mine as a magazine holder, gave one to a friend who uses it for work and the one that arrived today was a large market shopper for my cousins 30th. Very gucci-esque style which she’ll love. The quality is brilliant. You should expect delivery to take longer during sale but I assure you the products are worth every penny.
Absolutely disgusted with the service…
Absolutely disgusted with the service and lack of communication I have received. I placed an order for a personalised bag on 8th July as a gift for my teaching assistant, I even payed the extra money for the express delivery to make sure it arrived in plenty of time. It is now 21st July and there’s no sign of my order. After trying in various was to contact Tillyanna over the past few days I’ve finally heard back from them. They gave me lots of excuses and apologies but basically they haven’t completed my order yet they have taken my money. I am now without a gift for my teaching assistant and we finish school for the holidays on Tuesday. I will never order from these people ever again.
Very pleased with my bag
The delivery time was a little long, but my bag arrived and all monogram perfect, so pleased with my bag.
