Had my solar panels installed about 8 months back i am still waiting for the warranty.
Currently not able to contact with the person was dealing with.
His not answering my calls or email.
I was initially a bit overwhelmed when getting quotes as there were a lot of different options and I didnt have the knowledge to know what was right for us. Tilt were very good at simplifying the process whilst giving me enough information so that I could make an informed decision. Was happy with the honest approach.
Jack at Tilt was so helpful and answered all my questions. We live in Stoneleigh and decided to have solar installed. My husband and me were a bit nervous at first but of all the companies we spoke to Tilt were the most knowledgeable. Now we have power from the sun and glad that we did.
Excellent experience! From the initial consultation with Jack to the final installation, everything was handled professionally. I can see the the solar panels are performing better than projected through my app, even on a cloudy day, very happy! We've already recommended them to family and a few friends!
Very happy, the process was easy and they were very transparent about their prices for everything. The installation tool a day and the workers were very tidy and cleared any mess before leaving. So far the systems been producing more than projected! Jack has picked up the phone every time I've called with a question, so far so good!
Ive waited a while to make this review. Overall very happy with the installation for our house in London. So far their after sales support has been good and they’ve answered quickly to any questions we’ve had about the system once it was installed. We’ll happily recommend them.
We used tilt for our property in Wimbledon and we’re delighted with the attention to detail! For us, it was important that the cabling was as discrete as possible and they went above a beyond to cater to this.
