Have been waiting 2 weeks for my delivery and now I have been told that I have to pay customs charges to the post office before I can have the goods.
I paid 35 dollars delivery charge and was not told of any customs charges.
U.K. Customers please do not purchase!

Even though the pair of shoes did not fit me, I was able to return them without any hassle. There was no other size available so they gave me a full refund. An excellent company with excellent products. My bad luck won't deter me from recommending this business!

Don't present prices and sizes in AUD, claim you're a global company, then tell me after you ship the incorrect size that your sizes are only in US measurements. Very disappointed by your shipping speed, customer service, and exchange policy, overseas customers have not been considered fairly at all.

The only reason they get two stars is because the product would have been perfect if they had delivered the correct size as shown.

It's easy to navigate the site and I love the fact that I was able to use a discount code and get free shipping.

Great website. I've never been to one of their stores, but love their on-line prices! Wonderful sales and quick quick quick shipping. Ordered shoes on Monday at 11PM, today is Wednesday and my package is out for delivery!!!

The site allows you to sign up for a coupon but then you can't use it on most of the sneakers. I think that's ridiculous. Now I'll get bombarded with your emails because you have my email address and I couldn't even use the the coupon.

My experience was very good and I was so happy to find this shoe in an 11 at least. I just wish there would've been a 10.5 available, but I understand that that's most likely the manufacturers facult and not Tilted Sole's. I loved the fact that there were coupons to find and I'm happy that my total didn't break the bank.
