Our beautiful new windows!
Windows are of excellent quality and well built. Considerable care was taken over several visits to make sure all dimensions and details were accurately recorded and implemented. The fitters were great; efficient, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. It was good having them around and knowing the project was being properly managed. Making good & touching up were really well done and barely noticeable.

Initially there was snagging new windowsa problem with…
Initially there was a problem with inadequate attention to design detail but Timber Windows corrected the design of cills 3round windows and a back door although the windows took some months before they were installed suggesting that here was no arrangement to give priority to correcting mistakes.

Exceptional product and onsite install team.
Whilst the delivery of the door was later than I originally expected, the original design and specification process was excellent with the team willing to make adjustments to ensure the design met expectation. The team also worked to mitigate the delay, changing the instal date to suit me. The team completing the on site works were excellent, checking details as the install progressed. The finished product is exceptional.

The windows are amazing!
Tony and Glynn did an absolute phenomenal job installing our new windows - everything was kept tidy, the guys were professional, everything was clean when they left and the windows look amazing. The quality of the PVC sash windows is really good - the neighbors even confused it with wood. We had to consult the council as we're in a conservation area and it got the tick of approval.

Another great job done
Tony and Glyn are the best. Nice hard working friendly guys. The products are brilliant. After last year having a huge School style arched window replaced, phase 2 is a beautiful front door and kitchen window. Already seeing Sophie to discuss the back door and en suite window for the autumn. And hopefully we will finish the whole house by this time next year.
