We couldn’t be happier with our new front door from Timber Windows Colchester. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding, and it has completely transformed the entrance to our home, including how much more insulated it now feels from the cold and the sound of cars driving past. We’ve had so many compliments from passers-by and neighbours.

The team was professional, tidy, and kept us informed from start to finish. A special mention to Sophie, who led us through the whole process; the CAD designer, who helped with the finer details of where lines should sit alongside our existing window frames to make it seamless; and the two door fitters, who were true craftsmen - prompt, professional, incredibly skilled, and who cleaned up afterwards.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I went into the showroom and met Sophie who was able to talk me expertly through the colours and finishes making it all so easy. On installation, Glyn and Tony were faultless - quick, efficient and tidy. They talked me through the process, installed the new doors and got the old ones cleared all within the day. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

The windows look great, the two installers were professional and friendly, and the company were helpful and patient throughout the long planning process. The only reason it wasn’t five stars is that it was pretty expensive and we did pay for good service.

We recently had a Front door made by Timber Windows. From when we initially went to there showroom, and Liaising with staff during the journey of manufacturer, to being fitted. The whole experience has been exciting. When it was finally installed, my partner and I are so over the moon with the finished product, the quality is fantastic, I would thoroughly recommend

The fitters did a wonderful job of replacing our bathroom window. They left the room so tidy you wouldn't know they had been. A great job

Outstanding from start to finish, everyone I interacted with was extremely polite and explained everything in full. The final install is to a fantastic standard, though there are cheaper options available, the quality across the board is worth the little extra, I would highly recommend.

Just completed the second phase of replacement windows. It was a different team this time but they were every bit as good as the first team - very efficient and tidy. Excellent quality windows.

Excellent service from the whole team at Timber Windows, from our initial enquiry at the Brentwood showroom to today's installation of our new door by Graham and Lee, and all other team members in-between.
We had lots of questions, especially with our choice of coloured glass, but all our questions were clearly answered either in person or via email.
Particular praise to the fitters who had to work on the hottest day with full sun shining on our house. They paid special care with our wiring, ensuring nothing was 'cut-off'.
The whole process proves that communication at each step of order was efficiently passed along the line.

The people at Timber Windows were a delight to deal with. The only negative aspect of the experience was that the lock on the beautiful door did not function properly on installation and there was a slight crease in the letter box flap This was readily rectified by replacement and the door looks great and works perfectly. I assume I was a bit unlucky.
