After checking with a few different companies we opted to use Timber Windows as the product did appear to be the best. They are pricey but you get what you pay for with no problems at all during the whole process. Very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We went round a few companies and Timber windows were a clear winner. They provided such a professional service from the word go. Rob from Saffron Walden branch went above and beyond to help us choose what we want. Tim helped navigate our indecisiveness with colour etc and the two lads that provided instillation were nothing short of exceptional.

We are delighted with our Timber windows and doors. The whole experience has been brilliant. Excellent help and advice when we first visited the showroom, also throughout the ordering process. The house visit by the engineer was thorough and useful for making the final decisions. The fitting team, led by Steve, were amazing! The quality of the products and fitting are fabulous. Thank you very much indeed for providing such lovely timber windows and doors which have transformed our house both inside and out. The garage doors are particularly beautiful and much more secure. Our house is much warmer. We look forward to working with you again later next year when we hope to be able to purchase a beautiful timber front door to complete our building project.

Excellent service from start to finish. Could not be happier with the job done.

We chose Timber to replace most of our sash windows in our late victorian house and a new front door. We were anticipating significant upheaval and mess. However, the installers turned up on time, worked quickly and left no mess or damage.
There were a few issues with the initial installation: some gaskets needed replacing to make some of the windows close properly but this was done without fuss and, again, to the indicated timescales.
The windows and the door are great, and have maintained the house's appearance. The door has enhanced it.

When we bought our house we new we would have to replace both sets of French doors. We found Timber Windows had a showroom in Colchester so we popped along and had a look. We chose the design, the colour and asked for a specific arch the glass. They then gave us a quote, we said yes they sent an engineer to measure up. They gave us a date and installed them. Everyone from the showroom to the engineers and office staff were great. Well done guys great job
