Have previously used the company for french doors (also couldn’t fault it) we recently used the for our new front door. Sophie was very patient with us as it felt like such a big decision given we wanted to be sure the new modern door would complement our old property (built around 1840). Sophie made excellent suggestions and we went with her recommended colour choice of French Grey and are very happy with the result. Beyond our expectations. We will definitely use them again for our next project.

The 3 man team replaced french doors. The doors were beautiful and the team were efficient polite very careful and very tidy. I can’t applaud them enough what a treat to have work done at home with no problems.

We first encounted Timber Windows at a show and thought they were worth investigating further. Our visit to their showroom confirmed that the product was good. We decided to go ahead and theydelivered within their estimated time. The fitters were excellant removing the old door and surround and fitting the new with no visible damage to the decoration. The people have also been polite, good humoured and helpful. Our neighbours have admired our new front door and we would recommend the company to anyone sourcing a new door.

V. Patient about our queries and indecision. V.Good fitters who were given plenty of time to do the fitting which was difficult as our house is unlisted but old. Therefore the windows were straight but the walls were not! This was disguised cleverly as much as was possible.

I had fitted French doors on a storm perch, they look fabulous, fitters were excellent, whole process was seamless. Very good quality product very pleased.

Excellent service from beginning to end Tim is very knowledgeable, had some brilliant ideas and help me find a builder to transform an old doorway into a huge beautiful window.

They made everything blend in perfectly as of it had been there for years.

We have just updated two 5 window curved bays and a double casement in duo tone cream and green period 30s semi style. From contacting their office in Ingatestone (we recommend a visit) for a quote to measuring up and fitting (the fitters did a a top quality job) the whole process was smooth and professional. All with the minimum of disruption - the windows look amazing and it is as if they have always been there. No hesitation in recommending Timber Widows Essex.

Our experience from initial enquiry to advice, product specification, installation and follow up was of the highest quality and always customer focused. We finished up with a bespoke front door that fully met our needs and enhanced the look of our Victorian home. Something that would not have happened without their focus on meeting our requirements.

Excellent service right the way through from initial enquiry to completion of the installation. We had our Georgian style windows replaced as well as our patio door and back door. It took me 20 years to decide to replace these as our old windows were still in good condition. However the single glazing meant the house was too cold in the Winter and wiping down the condensation became a real chore!
It didn’t take me long to find a Company that I felt would supply the quality I was looking for as the Timber Windows showroom was not only near us but those I asked for recommendations all said Timber Windows without any hesitation!
Yvonne in the Colchester showroom answered my many questions and talked me through everything I needed to know. There was absolutely no pressure on me to purchase at any time and she was really friendly and helpful.
Sophie was brilliant with the designing and the surveyor, James, was also excellent.
The windows and doors were installed in June when it was really hot but Morgan, Chris, Jack, Anthony and Arun worked tirelessly. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and how well they worked together as a team.
I would definitely recommend Timber Windows if you want quality and a fantastic service.

The usual team are good and very professional. Scaffolders were a day late and both windows were missing a board - it was delivered a week later!
