Was on a FREE plan, not a trial.
Didn't even complete registration for their site. Just installed the plugin via Wordpress Admin dashboard.

At some point they sent an email about sunsetting the free plan and switching to $108. Just saw the charge today.

Fraudulent activity for sure.

They stole from us. We signed up for their free plan back when they offered it. They insisted you use a credit card before being able to access the software. (Suspicious.) Then, after a few years or so, without notice, they upgraded us to a $99/year plan. We are fighting to get it back, but this should have never happened. They took our money. We never told them we wanted an upgrade. We never even used their software. We didn't give them permission to charge us. They stole from us. Just... helped themselves to whatever.

No message, just an invoice and money charged. I didn't even use the service. It was a trial account. No way to cancel account or remove credit card.

These guys are scammers , they take money from you it costs me € 99 just because they decide that the free trial version i got has to be upgraded to the lite plan witthout permission.

I signed up for a free account months ago, they just decided to change it to a paid account with authorisation, tried to take $99 which I blocked. I tried to delete my account with them, but there is nowhere on the website that will allow you to delete your contact details or credit card information. You also can not speak to a customer service agent!!! This is totally illegal in EU, where consumers have right to delete and cancel. They are taking money illegally too. I wonder if anyone who knows how will report them to EU commissioners. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

SCAM!!! They charges my card $99 out of the blue! I haven't even used their service, they moved my account from a trial account to a paid account!

They refuse to refund my money!

Scammers. I gave them my credit card number 9 months ago to try out the free account and they just converted my account to a 166$/year paid account. Now I can't delete my credit card from their web page.

These guys sucks and their plugin sucks. Every single time without fail when I login they say the password isn't valid, I just changed it yesterday and specifically wrote it down and they did it again, invalid password, and locked out of the account, they seriously lock the account and there's no way to get in, I've got clients I need to update their calendars, and there's nothing I can do - I hate this plugin

The software provider used to charge a monthly fee and then one day out of the blue with out notice they stopped allowing monthly service and charged for the entire year upfront.

What was a $200 fee normally just became $2400 on my bank account.

They would not offer a refund.

I had been using the software for three years and honestly it lacks luster. We moved to a different calendar provider.

Shame on the executives at Time ly for ripping off their customers and for zero communications not even an email regarding the change.

We chose time.ly for our new website as we needed an integrated calendar that displayed in various formats, had flexible ticketing options and integrated in to our square payments processing. Whilst the initial sales process of us signing up was a little haphazard, the support we have received since going live has been exceptional. Nice an quick to respond to technical questions and even make changes for us , its been a great experience and we are very happy with the product

Missing invoices in despite of a credit card debit. Our monthly plan is $24 and a recent debit of over 200€ pops up - with no mean to erase our credit card infos.
