Very disappointed !!!Purchased 3 "heavy duty" dog beds…
Purchased 3 "heavy duty" dog beds recently. Assembled 2, kept 1 for xmas gift . Poor quality, definetely not heavy duty. On first day, fabric had dogs nail indentations from where they lie on the mat which by day 3 turned into tears and then large rips. One bed also broke when my dog jumped off to be fed, resulting in join from screw breakage being sharp which could have caused injury.
Complete waste of money, they were not cheap and falsely advertised as heavy duty for my average sized dogs.
I have lodged a dispute on their site, as well as on messenger , no reply either way. Very discourteous. I want refund as entitled to under consumer law as obviously faulty for both of the assembled ones to tear and one to break, i couldnt give the unopened one away with confidence for intended xmas present. Do not purchase from this company on the grounds that if youhave a faulty product andneed after sales service, you simply will not receive it.
