Recently sent my wifes rolex back to Time4Diamonds for a service a clean and a minor braclet ajustment.The watch was purchased from them some years ago and also a watch for my self.When they recived the watch they emailed me to let me know they had recived it.After that email they would keep in touch up and until the watch was returned.When returned it was pristine as good as the day it was purchesed from Time4Diamonds.10 out of 10 from me easy to contact very easy to talk to keep you well up to date safe and secure site and ive allways been more than happy with price and how they go that extra mile for there customers.Thank you Steve from Cumbria

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Mohsin and the team at Time4diamonds. From my initial email enquiry all the way through to my purchase , they were exemplary in the way that I was treated. Having researched for over 1.5 years, I knew that I needed to make the purchase quickly as this particular model was getting harder and harder to find (at the right price!) Upon visiting the offices near London Bridge, I was greeted and shown into a secure room where Mohsin explained the features of the watch and gave me some much needed background into the business. It was very apparent that not only Mohsin but the entire team were well versed in the sale and supply of exquisite jewellery. I was put at ease with the way that Mohsin patiently waited for me to make my mind up with regards to the purchase. I would wholly recommend talking to the team at Time4diamonds for your next timepiece.

First time in your shop as recommended by a friend who has purchased through Aroon in the pass and I can say that I was very happy with him, great customer service and very professional.

Watches are shown as in stock and attractively priced (in my case a steel bracelet PP Aquanaut that I had funds lined up for, ready to buy). Incidentally, in my case, there was also a mirror offer on Chrono24. Upon enquiring and finally trying to purchase through Chrono24, the same watch with the same pictures suddenly goes to POA on their website (without any communication), and then their response comes in that the watch is now sold. Seems like either the stock keeping or the pricing is very sloppy or both. Basically, new customers will have to operate on the assumption that prices are at best indicative, stock is not there (contrary to what is shown on the website) and that the company will reverse prices or offers on the fly (in particular, it seems, once demand ticks up). An even more cynical suspicion would be that this is more pronounced for in-demand and high-price models. Very much like OTC share dealing in the 80s. Or a bazaar. Beware of this outfit, not worth your time.

Fantastic service from beginning to end, totally kept up to date throughout, staff extremely helpful and polite as well as being patient. The Rolex submariner Hulk watch was in pristine condition, overall I am really pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy off them again.

Recently, I bought an other Rolex watch for myself i.e. 116710BLNR. T4D’s prices are quite reasonable because if you compare the condition of their watches then it is far better than what other companies offer.
Their customer service is excellent. It is the first time when I found a customer services so easily available from early morning till late night on WhatsApp.
I really hope to buy my next Rolex watch soon from them.

T4D Provides Outstanding Service

I purchased an amazing watch from them and within the first year noticed it was keeping time slowly. They took the watch back no questions asked and did a service on it under warranty and at no cost. They also spent countless hours working with me and the UPS which had messed up paperwork, to correct issues and ensure the watch was received as fast as possible in the middle of COVID caused delays. Though the shipping issues were not their fault they went so far as to pay to ship the item back to me, work with my local duties and customs to get it cleared and processed as fast as possible, and frequently checked in with me along the way to get the watch back on my wrist as fast and headache free. Upon unboxing my returned watch, I noticed they also went so far as to polish it so it returned to me looking even better than how I had sent it. Thank you T4D Team for all your help! Exceptional customer service and support. You've earned a lifetime client!

This was on the 27th November were now on the 5th December and they still don't have the decency or respect to contact the customer. The impression i get is that they are selling watches which they do not have and when a customer wants to purchase a watch their running around like headless chickens.
Now this was meant to be a Christmas present for my wife now because they have messed me about i have to look elsewhere. So basically they have wasted my time. You would think they would be chasing the customer up for business not the other way around me chasing them especially with the unprecedented times we are going through with businesses reaching out to customers. What a joke this is. Word of advice please learn lessons in regards to Customer Service

Purchased a diamond dial for my wifes Rolex which T4D were fitting post service and repair elsewhere. The watch finally arrived at T4D on Monday this week after being at the service centre since August. I needed the watch back pre lockdown and T4D pulled out all the stops, changed the dial and watch delivered on Wednesday. Fantastic service and customer service from T4D...thank you again.
