I recently purchased a Rolex deep sea James Cameron new 126660. I would like to say how amazed I was with the process from start to finish from Times 4 Diamonds. Haroon who I dealt with was exceptional. Second to none. He found me the exact watch that I wanted working a few weeks, brand new and I love it to bits. The customer service element was brilliant - Always easy to communicate with and a WhatsApp application which they use if you have any queries or questions that you may wish to ask. I had a great experience dealing with the boys at Time4diamonds. They helped me decide on which watch would hold more value in the long term and answered my many questions. I felt that they genuinely cared about what i wanted rather then to push for a sale... Had the worst experience in customer…
Had the worst experience in customer service. Called them three times to check why my Rolex picture would not load on their site although it was the correct format and size. Each time I spoke to a different person assuring me that someone will call back for help......still waiting.... I am giving up due to lack of professionalism. Good Luck !

Rolex Submariner Purchase
Excellent customer service from Haroon. I bought a Rolex Submariner Date with black dial brand new. I couldn't find this watch in any retailer, but Time4Diamonds sourced me one in few days. The watch is perfect with box and papers, I picked it up in their showroom situated in a fancy office in front of City Hall. I Definitely recommend this company and will sure buy another watch in the future. Thank you.
