I visited T4P recently with my brother as he was planning on upgrading his watch. James was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the watches he sells. As someone who loves watches, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was very happy that I had joined my brother on the visit. Little did I know, that my brother had arranged in advance with James that he was going to surprise me by buying me my dream watch...a Rolex Submariner! I was so taken aback and was speechless. Overall, I would highly recommend T4P as their service is absolutely first class! A massive thank you to James and the Team (and my brother!) as they really helped to make the experience memorable and something that I will never forget!

Another great meeting with James yesterday. This was my third dealings with T4P.
I spoke to James before my visit and told him that I was looking for 2 Rolex’s, one for me and another as a surprise gift for my brother. He had 2 watches that fitted the bill so we arranged for a visit to his store. I told James that my brother loved watches so this would be a great experience for him but it would be a surprise that he would be getting a Rolex.
The day went perfectly, James spoke at length to my Brother about Rolex’s and other watches showed how knowledgeable he is. We sorted my Rolex out and then James produced the other Rolex to show my brother and spoke at length about it before asking him which watch he preferred. My brother said honestly that the watch in front of him was the best looking watch he had seen…then to be told ‘good, because that’s yours!’
A priceless moment.
James played the visit out perfectly and was so helpful in making it a truly wonderful day for my brother and me.

Superb buying experience, from initial contact to purchase the process was enjoyable and James is clearly knowledgeable at what he does.

After a couple of bad experiences with professional dealers based in the City, I found James to be an excellent source of knowledge, both in respect to the background of the watch and looking after the watch post-purchase.

Would have no hesitation in recommending James and T4P to friends.

I have been collecting Rolex for over 20 years now.

Having watched with great curiosity the way that the market has changed significantly in the last 6 years, I finally realised that if I wanted to buy a watch more frequently than every 2 or 3 years then I would have to consider more than AD's.

I discovered Time 4 People quite by good fortune (mine - not theirs!). After a number of bad experiences with other 'professional dealers' advertising on Chrono24, when I called T4P I spoke to James - the only person who will sell you a watch as he is very particular about protecting his reputation.

I could identify with James immediately - he was honest about the source of the watch I was looking to buy, he was extremely fair regarding the value of a potential trade-in, and there was no pressure to place deposit's or buy a watch outright without having viewed the item. If anything he was SO HELPFUL the sceptic in me was looking for a con - quite simply there wasn't any.

I visited James, spent an unpressured and interesting hour with him discussing watches, and purchased the watch of my choice. YES, I did pay a premium over RRP, and YES I did get the watch that I was promised, and YES YES would I buy from T4P (James) again.

I fully intend to buy another item from T4P. James is actively looking the item out for me now (a VERY specific piece) and he has not bothered me with 'close matches' just to secure another sale. I am so happy with my experience using T4P that I wanted to share this feedback.

By the way - IGNORE the T4P on Companies House web register - NO affiliation whatsoever. It cost me hours of research to establish this before I was happy about making an appointment to view a watch. I am so glad that I did!

James from Time4People was excellent. Extremely responsive. Dispatch was next working day and I am delighted with the watch. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

James at TIME4PEOPLE was excellent at taking us through the process of picking a watch while educating us on the history and function of it too.

We were able to try on a variety of Rolexes sport watches, which nowadays is hard due to their availability. James had an extensive selection therefore making the buying experience even better as we were able to try them all on in one viewing.

We ended up going for the new Kermit which came with a Rolex 5 years warranty.

I cannot fault the process from ordering my new Sub from James. Communication was excellent and the delivery was much faster than i would have expected. Negotiated a deal with James for a Rolex James Cameron whilst on holiday recently in Spain.
James was professional and fair to negotiate with, great knowledge on the product.
