SCAMMERS - Keep clear!

TOTAL SCAM! Keep clear. Once they've hooked you with a 'special offer' through Facebook and got your card details you've unwittingly 'subscribed' to pay them £24.99/month unless you unsubscribe within 7 days. The only way to stop the debits is by going into your bank, reporting it as a fraud, advising your card is compromised so your bank cancel it and they issue a replacement card. Sharp practice or what? Trustpilot won't let me use the word I wanted - will have to settle for 'illegitimates' instead.

Dupped again

Dupped again. I bought an engine via Lovela and was charged for a membership. Apparently, I was sent an email for which I had 7 days to opt out. No email was ever received, and they will not refund. Lovela will not have a bar of it. Both companies are deceitful and untruthful. I do not often wish harm upon people, but.....

I would give zero stars but no option…

I would give zero stars but no option for that! Thought I was buying a dog bed for £9.99 instead they have taken £9.99 for a 3 day trial for something and now taken £24.99 from my bank account! Has anyone successfully cancelled their account that they didn’t even know they had?

Scam, I purchased light up angel wings, did not receive the item ordered, they then went on to take £24.99 out of my account weekly, on contracting the company I was told I had signed up to their subscription by using my email address to make the purchase!!

SCAM !!

SCAM !!! FRAUD !!! taking money out of my bank throughout January and February, without informing me of thier upgrading to subscription. Taking £24.99 every two weeks !!! My findings are, it is done in the transaction. As the transaction goes through it uses multiple emails, therefore transferring to an email to enable Fraud.
Speak to your banks who will listen to you and block them from any access to your bank account and inform trading standards in the UK if you are a UK resident. Include Facebook in your complaint to trading standards, if items were advertised on Facebook
They are also trading under PYD*DRUMELITE.COM in which they are fraudulantly signing people up to £29.99 per four weeks out of bank accounts

Unwanted Membership

Unknownly I have signed up for a subscription to Timeladders.com whilst buying what I thought was hair products yesterday. Advised by an agent today 10.01.24 that although this only happened yesterday they will not be issuing a refund. If I wanted to subscribe to their company apparently, they do not offer a cooling off period. I will not be buying anything else via direct adverts on Instagram.
