The Crystal Essence Ancient One that I purchased has really helped ground me while I was struggling with mental health and felt very burnt out , this essence had a profound impact, the first time I used it I had to sit down and felt emotional but that was a good thing it helped me release old patterns and thoughts and to begin healing .
