Purchased a Gucci notebook
Purchased a Gucci notebook, still not received this after a week, no email to say dispatched, Iv contacted customers services via email with all my order info still no response and it’s been 2 days. Worst experience iv had with an online transaction, I will keep chasing this up to get my money back. Very disappointed. It was a birthday present for my sister which is today and still no item.

Bad experience from start to finish
I placed an order for a purse and initially had issues with payment as it only gave the option for Clear Pay. Once this was resolved, I completed the order but noticed the purse was still showing as in stock online. I contacted Customer Services who reassured me the purse was mine and that sometimes it takes a while to show ‘out of stock’. Several days later I received an email regarding a refund with no explanation as to why. Once again I had to contact customer services who told me the item was actually out of stock. Fingers crossed on receiving the refund. Overall bad experience, 2 stars given only for prompt-ish replies from Customer Service.

To avoid any confusion, along with the refund you would have received an email stating why you have been refunded, such as "Out of Stock item". Since sending you an email confirming the item being out of stock, we are still yet to hear back from yourself.
I would also like to note that we responded to all emails sent by yourself promptly and have let you know that you will receive the full refund amount within 24 hours.
I'm really sorry that on this occasion you have been left feeling sad and disappointed, we will try out best to make sure that this will not happen again.
