These are scammers plain and simple. Usually you will have brought something online, probably of a facebook shop or similar. Likely the item didn't even turn up. The site takes your bank details and enrolls you in a scam subscription. Don't bother trying to contact these people. Call your bank now.

Noticed a £29.99 payment being taken by Timepots.com but have no idea who they are or why this has happened. Am concerned now as it seems they are scammers who sign you up for regular payments!
How do I stop this please?

Same thing happening to me- bi-weekly- don't ever recall signing up to anything. Total scam. Had to look up what they are and never used them nor would need their service (ha)! Total scam! how do you contact them! Reported to bank now Company House. HOW DO I CONTACT NYPTIMEPOTS.Com, cant find any details!

Total scam or worse. They started billing our neighbour’s credit card $79 on a monthly basis. She’s in Australia. Never left the country. Never used her card for anything except shopping locally and for Apple.

I recently noticed there's 24.99 taken out my bank account that I use for my monthly travel. The card where the money has been taken out has not worked whenever I tapped on the bus but somehow the only 100 set aside monthly goes down without me using the card. I went to the bank to change it somehow 24.99 went out so I checked and it shows this scamming / fraudulent business called PYD TIMEPOTS.COM which I did not sign for. When I ontacted my bank and reported the activities that I am not aware of, whom will be investigating as they believe it is a subscription suggested to contact them first. So I did contact them exchanged emails to ask for the refund and yes, I will not get anything all this person is saying is that they are legitimate and compliant. We need to report them to company house but I could not find them which means they are not registered.
Is this a legit way of business Signature. Hiding their names and no address.

Refused to give my money despite of telling her I did not sign for it. She even noticed that I have not purchased anything. Its because, "Ana" I did not sign for it. Reporting and will make their name known to stop their business from continuing.

I am having the same issue with this company how do I stop this from happening my bank tell me to cancel the subscription but my the subscription is not showing on my account and I don’t want to be sending an email to somewhere or someone. I don’t know if it’s going to the right person. Can anyone help and provide me with the right information to get this cancelled for money to stop leaving my account thank you all.

Stay well away from this comp they will keep taking money from your bank at £24.99. a go won't receive any goods . PLEAS STAY CLEAR .

Company is a complete scam, you think you’re buying a product, but you’re setting up a subscription, which then lets them go in and take a £24.99 bi-weekly payment forever if the account holder doesn’t check up. Another company doing this is IZhopBox.com, who tried to do exactly the same. I was buying goods via Instagram and Facebook…please be careful!!! SCAMMERS NEED STOPPING!!! 😡😡😡

Company is a complete scam, you think your buying their products but your actually setting up a subscription, which then let's them go in and take as much money they can from your bank before they get found out. I must be one if the lucky ones as I clicked what was going on before they took another payment from my account. I froze my card as soon as I found out, it was all a scam !!!

I foolishly tried to buy something from them for £3 on Facebook page, and I haven’t received anything from them. Then 3 days later they helped themselves to £24.99 from our bank account. Then 10 days later took another £24.99. Once they have your bank details they then help themselves to your bank account on a regular basis. They are thieves and have to be stopped.

Its a scam they make you signd to their site without telling you and cahrge you a lot of money without letting you know .
They will not gove your money back and the answer thetly will give will just anoy you more !!

Scammers - avoid. And Facebook should be ashamed of itself for carrying ads for this company when they must know this.

I have to rate this as zero. Do not subscribe in anyway to this site. They are just after your money. They have been taking £24.99 every 2 weeks since June. I contacted a chat person and asked them to cancel any subscription and I asked for a full refund of the payments which totals £274.89. They said no refund not even offered a good will gesture. Especially as I have not even used the site. Be aware all. A very expensive mistake, I am retired and especially in this present financial crisis it is a massive amount of money to me.

Asked for refund but refused. Bank has blocked payment but will check. Cancelled 'subscription' but not convinced.

They have just charged me 24.99 after I registered for a 3 pound payment. They said they will issue a refund after I complained. I am waiting for the refund. Do mot deal with this company. Its a con.

Do not sign up with this company they offer electric scooters for 3 quid , then your signed up without knowing g you've been warned.

My mother accidentally subscribed to some kind of club. She's is 83 and had no idea she had done it until they regularly started to take money out of her account. I, myself, then went onto their site and cancelled the "subscription", which was confirmed. But, now they are back again, trying to take money out of her account. Whatever they pretend to be, it is anything but honest.

My father signed up for a trial and did not cancel it in time to stop the subscription. His account was charged $17. I emailed the company after he passed away to cancel the subscription. They emailed back that it was cancelled. Then they continued to bill him $3 per month. I started a chat and also emailed to cancel it and got the hard sell that we were selected for the special discounted rate. I told them to cancel. I had to tell the Chat girl to cancel it 4 times. The email returned indicated they would cancel. I have issued a complaint with the bank for the charge that was made after I cancelled. NO ONE should ever pay for a subscription with this company.
