I was disappointed with their time management. I left my keys in the locker about 20 mins before my time slot and expected my car to be ready in about an hour, although the described time would be 50 mins for the service I chose. It took them a bit over 2 hrs before my keys were back in the locker! I was only visiting the hospital today, not working, so I was leaving about an hour after I dropped the keys. I went over the booth and he said he'd ran out of diesel and had to go get some. Plus, some glass cleaning was shoddy, probably done quickly in this case, but mainly front and back windscreens, ere very smeared! Need to use vinegar or something get them clear! The glare of car lights on the evening was made worse by the smearing, not good.
But on a more positive note, the interior and exterior cleaning was great, even the wheels came up a treat. Very handy service to have right on your doorstep when you're on a shift and you'd be there longer tho! Thank you. Maybe I'll be able to have atleast a discount on my next service, since I missed the deadline for my first wash for free... and to make up for the two complaints I have from this first wash! 😉

I had a car wash at work done a few months ago whilst on shift, communication and responses where fast on my queries. My car was moved to their outdoor office as someone had parked in my original spot but was very clear where they had moved my car too and alleviated any worry around this. When i picked my car up my car was absolutely spotless. My car hadnt been cleaned all year and I have a 4 year old and a dog so you can imagine the mess prior to a timewash. Would highly recommend and will 100% be using again!!

The washing was very nice and sparkling. However, I have an issue with the timing. I had an appointment for 10am but another car was about being washed. I ended up with a 1hr delay.
