Avoid Timestore.hr at all costs if you don't want to end up losing both your money and your goods! I bought a new Seiko watch that was defective right out of the box because it was running drastically fast. I sent it in for repair under warranty, and they returned it to me claiming it was fixed. However, immediately after that repair, another defect appeared—the watch started running hours slow, while the minutes moved normally.
I sent the watch back to them again and requested a full refund, which I am fully entitled to under EU consumer protection laws when a repair fails. Instead of abiding by the law, Timestore made up their own internal rules (claiming 3 failed repairs are required), refused to acknowledge the defect, and tried to send me that same faulty watch once again. Naturally, I refused to accept the package.
The result is that for over five months now, they have been holding the returned watch in their warehouse while keeping my money in their account. Judging by other reviews and stories online, they are seasoned scammers.
