Great dry robe, extraordinary customer service

I am nearly always searching for alternatives to big brands. I want to pay for an item only, not for a name, and I think it's important to support small businesses.
When I needed a dry robe, I found Time & Tide, and I could not be happier with the whole experience.
I had a few questions - and they got back to me within minutes. On a weekend evening!
Their advice was spot on. I love my new robe! It fits perfectly, is practical and feels and looks great, has many pockets, several big enough for big modern mobiles, and, and, and...
I can only recommend them warmly. Thank you so much!
