It arrived quickly in perfect condition, packaged extremely well, and included the materials described (box, papers, etc.). I purchased a watch from TTT initially on eBay, after they offered me a great price on a very nice watch. The watch was sent to me quickly, and arrived undamaged. The watch itself was great, but it wasn't for me. I didn't care for the color or size, so I reached out about a return, and interest in a different watch. I was contacted by Mendy who was very helpful and polite. She gave me no issues at all about the return, and gave clear instructions on how she needed it sent. I then went ahead and bought the other watch, which also arrived in perfect condition. This watch ended up being exactly what I wanted, and the price was great as well. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience here and I would certainly recommend doing business with TTT.

Communication and price negotiation before purchase were clear and pleasant. My watch was promptly shipped and received. We had a small issue in that it didn't come in the original box. But, great communication led to a quick, acceptable resolution.
