The last three artefacts I purchased plugged a MAJOR hole in my "Walks of Ancient Man" display. The specimens were EXACTLY as described and provenance was ACCURATE! Love that Paleolithic patina and mineral deposits!!

This was my first time of ordering from Paleo Direct and it was an overwhelmingly uplifting experience. I have found them to be so helpful and informative. I am conservative and cautious by nature and only an amateur collector enthusiast so whilst I have wanted to buy a genuine Dinosaur fossil I felt my lack of experience exposed me to buying a non-genuine item. I am therefore so very pleased to discover Paleo Direct, as good as finding a fossil yourself ! they are experts in this field and gave me utter confidence. They are not just a seller they have their own lab to check and warrant the items that they sell, this ownership provides the assurance that I was looking for. Needless to say that my stunning purchase of a dinosaur tooth was shipped so expediently, packaged brilliantly and received in incredible time. The display case is a nice touch, one of many that you find with them. I am delighted it is glorious and will be treasured. I was so wary of receiving a questionable item that quite simply my collection will only be acquired through this select purveyor. Byron is a gent and wonderful to discuss the items with as his enthusiasm is contagious. I have my eye on several more items that they have in their shop and I would not hesitate to make further purchases in fact I am positively looking forward to doing so. Extremely helpful staff, you MAY not receive order confirmations on time (they are switching service providers and had some hiccups.) They were very responsive and sent me a copy of my confirmations right away. I also had an order mix up on my end (ordered wrong species...dumb I know.) I called and they changed everything no problem! Fossil came very well packaged and in great condition. I am very impressed and very happy with the service. Will definitely be buying more specimens in the future!!
