I tried for zero stars but negative 5 would be more appropriate.

I tried for zero stars, but apparently not an option. Received and initial response after I alerted Timex they sent the wrong watch. Two weeks and three emails later...crickets. A complete clusterf**k of incompetence. I actually want the product, but the seller couldn't give a damn. I should have just used Amazon rather than going direct to Timex.com.

Ignorant. Incompetent. Customer service non existent.

Had my watch for over two months. Indiglo function failed. Offered to replace with other watch from website. Nothing i liked so asked for refund. Have completely ignored my emails (approx 4 emails) since i requested refund. Despicable customer service. And i will never purchase a Timex again purely because of incompetent, ignorant aftercare. Disgusting practice.

The website is so broken it's unusable

The website is so broken it's unusable. I've been trying to buy a watch from them for two weeks now and nothing works, it feels insecure and like a scam. I'd steer clear as I'm very suspicious about their security. Customer service don't seem to care as they don't reply to emails. Awful .

Literally junk

Literally junk, purchased two Timex expedition watches, one had no lume on any of the hands, second one had lume only on the minutes hand and none on the hour hand.. really!, Now I'm down £120

12/00 indicator on watch is mounted with the bottom pointed to the left. You can see the white template beneath it. Appalling quality control.

As bad a consumer experience as I've ever hd

Made an order. Let down repeatedly by courier who gave three hours notice before arriving, didn't ring bell, left no note of having been.
There is no way to call Timex from the UK to report this: the line goes dead. UK customer service is responded to from the US, ignoring problems, taking up to a week to reply, no chance of an explanation or apology.
Nearly £200 I don't seem to be getting back, no explanation, nothing. Genuinely shocked.

I have a T2N720 that has a special way…

I have a T2N720 that has a special way of connecting the watch band. It uses what they call, fixation screws. I went to change bands but one of the screws heads broke off so I need a new pin and screw. Unfortunately Timex will not send or sell this pin for the band without me returning the watch too them and purchasing there band which I don't want. There are no after market pins available. Do not buy anything from Timex or you might find yourself out in the cold and without your watch.

I'm shocked

I'm shocked. As a UK buyer, there is no customer service, they have taken the funds three times but it is sitting pending so my bank will not do anything for 31 days which is crazy. The TIMEX customer service number provided does not connect and nobody responds to emails. Avoid, it is scary that such a big company operates this way.

Avoid

Similar to other reviews, I wanted to return an order, I didn’t receive a return label with my original order and had to email multiple times to get one. I returned my order back in November, and can see the item was successfully returned by tracking the waybill but have yet to receive a refund. Again I’ve chased multiple times but have not received my refund.

Horrendous customer service.

Like most of the other one star reviews, customer service is non-existent for UK customers with restrictive return policies, no phone number for customer service and no replies to multiple emails. A company like this should be banned from the UK market.

Bought a watch as a Christmas present…

Bought a watch as a Christmas present 2021
for my Granddaughter in the UK, chose a Timex because as a young girl I had one that was marvellous. I know in these days of technology many pre teens have smart watches, but she wanted, what she calls 'a proper watch', it broke within 3 months. I have been trying ever since to get customer services to no avail. There isn't even a UK number to call, I have repeatedly called the USA on the number given to me. The only answer I get is 'no routes found' (whatever the hell that means), NEVER again would I buy from Timex, nor would I recommend anyone buy one.

38 days processing & counting

I placed an order December 7th, 2022 with the website stating 1-2 day processing & 7-10 day shipping but that it would arrive by Christmas. On December 19th the website stated that the order was still processing so I called in & the customer service rep stated the watch I ordered was a custom watch so it takes 2-3 weeks processing but it should be shipped that week. No where on the watches page did it say the watch was a custom build (Womens Ohio State Weekender Watch). On December 27th I got an email from Timex asking me how I liked the watch & to give it a review, so even Timex knew that I should have had it by that point. On January 7th, 2023 I sent an email to Timex because their customer service chats time out after 30 seconds & nobody was picking up the phones. It’s now January 14th - website won’t give me an option for refund or to not charge me for it because the order is still processing, at this point I don’t even think I’ll hear anything by Christmas 2023. 1-2 day processing has turned into 38 days & counting with no explanation. The watch was very nice online but I’m not sure it’s worth this hassle.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a watch on 12.06.22. Never rec'd it but they sure did take my money $200. Tried calling and rec'd recording to call during business hours which I did multiple times. Tried using the Chat feature and it timed out after 30 seconds. Called many more times and nothing. Finally left my number for a call back that day. It came 4 days later and I missed the call. Tried that # and it's no longer in service. What a terrible company! Wish I could give it negative stars. Garbage company.

Avoid Timex, Woeful Customer Service!!

I bought a Timex watch via their website, and it arrived promptly. Within 24 hours I realised the watch was faulty so tried calling their Customer Service number on their website. It rang multiple times over 2 days but nobody ever answered. I then emailed them to receive an automated response saying they would reply within 1 business day. Still no response....I then called another number and eventually got through. The Christmas themed watch was a present to be worn through December, and I explained how embarrassing this was, and there wasnt much left of December for them to wear it! I was told to send it back and they would inspect it and send me back a replacement watch if they found it faulty. I asked if there was a complaints department, to be told there wasnt!!! I then had to pay for packaging to send it back (costing me money), and had to then chase them up. After a week I received a new watch, and after it having been worn (very carefully) the leather strap broke. I give up!!! Seriously feel ripped off and would NEVER BUY ANOTHER TIMEX WATCH! Poor customer service, poor product, no serious apology, and no further avenues of complaint. So here I am letting you know on Trustpilot.

Never Received My Watch

Ordered a Timex Women's Explorer Mini Watch on Dec. 14th & paid extra for 2-day shipping. Should have received my watch today. UPS Tracking states it was NEVER given to them for delivery. Contacted Timex Customer Service during their Business Hours. Recording said their "offices are closed." Left call-back number. They called back & assured me they would track down my watch OR give me a refund & e-mail me in 3 to 4 hours. Never received any e-mail. Called back the number of the call-back & recordimg said "this is not a working number." I am VERY sure that the watch was NEVER sent out & they simply pocketed my $68.00 --- I believe this is NOT a valid website OR real company. They just take your money & rip you off. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES OR YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!

Customer service is not available or…

Customer service is not available or simply does not exist.

Like all other reviews, Timex is silent. If you want to return something, they refer to the return label that would be in the box. There is no return label in the box. For all European customers; submit a complaint to ECC (European Customer Center). I just did. Is the only way to hopefully get something done.

No customer service, horrible service.

Bought the watch on timex.eu, it got delivered, but still I decided to send it back. It was just not for me.
Unfortunately, no return voucher was included in the package and many mails have been left unanswered. The 'phone number' on their website leads to nowhere. I have the right to return this watch, but I just... can't. Don't know where it should go or what the procedure is.

This is a horrible company and their customer service is just non-existent. Don't buy directly from them, ever, ever ever. (Seriously. Avoid them at all costs.)
